Re: The difference between science and religion
by
Lostchickens102
on 23/09/2018, 17:19:50 UTC
If you took all the religions in the world and destroyed them, in 1000 years there would be entirely new religions, completely different from the old religions...

If you took all the science in the world and destroyed it... in 1000 years there would be EXACTLY THE SAME SCIENCE

Mathematics is not something invented by humans, it is discovered by humans... mathematics is the same in any language, on any planet... 1 + 1 = 2 is a provable concept and does not change based on societal norms or which deities they currently worship

Newton and Leibniz are credited with the co-discovery of calculus... they did not invent it, they both discovered it at the same time... math/science is universal, religion is not

Science and religion are two different things that can be used to prove each other. The universe being so wide is so hard to understand. All of what we have known might change in an instant. We will never know what is next until we experienced it. Religion may seem to be a bit straightforward without much to consider about it factually.  While science may just be used to study about religion.

Maybe I could agree with your sentiment. It is hard to be asked for identity while only receiving a very little amount. It may not be that fair. Imagine if you will be a victim of scams and your identity will be stolen? So I feel you have the right to question such.

You have a point. And it should be clear to see that indeed altcoins are affecting bitcoin price as it becomes an option among investors. Yet I believe bitcoin without much utility will stop increasing in value as it will reach its limit. Values will then become a bit stable.

There instructional videos about bitcoin you may want to look on it to understand better what is bitcoin. Then you must know also how to trade or exchange bitcoin. Different exchanges had different methods for trading bitcoin. So you can look for tutorials on it. Next know when to buy coins to gain profit. Be warned market is very much volatile so you need to be analytical rather than be emotional or you will just lose your investments.

I am as well believing that cryptocurrency will be back to the usual uptrend. For now it may have been affected by the recent movements of the economy but there will be time for it to stand with grandeur once again. Just be optimistic and don't get FUD.

How sad if he had lost it. Somehow if there is anyway you can just keep your keys at your house encrypted in such a way that only you understands it would be better. Or how about spreading the keys across walls of your house or bedroom written very small? Maybe it will help. If saved in a computer you might have problems keeping it due to possible hackers. I think there are so many ways to back it up manually those are just my suggestions though to avoid such problem.

Re: Do you trust celebrities endorsing cryptocurrencies?

Of course I do trust them, they can influence people they are known and certainly won't be part of any scam. Why? Consider that the ICO or any coin endorsed has to pay their price and why would such a fake ICO enter into such agreement? Certainly these celebritites would pull a lot of investors because of their influence.

Re: Perfect Time to Buy!

Actually I don't consider any perfect time for buying coins. The reason was simple, we cannot predict the bottom price. For a coin to be perfectly bought at the right time I do consider the lowest price to be the most appropriate price for the highest gain.

Re: How to calculate profit
by

For me I would compute it the simplest way possible. For example, I add all expenses that I have made when buying coins using fiat currency until it reaches  the wallet on cryptocurrency exchanges and multiply it by two. This is for the sending back process to fiat. Now if I am going to sell my coins it should be more than the expenses that I have computed in advance. By deducting I wil know how much did I gain.

Re: Is now a good time to invest in ICO?

Anytime can be a good time to invest. While true that there are a lot of scams, they have been around long enough even before when the cryptocurrencies have become popular. The only way to stay safe is to search a lot about them before really investing. It's hard to choose one that succeeds because if the good ICOs fail. The success depends much on the Teams efforts to make their projects popular among investors.

Re: Can something free be a scam?
by
Lostchickens102
on 20/06/2018, 01:44:55 UTC
I have encountered businesses that scams us before and it was such an experience. I was called by an unknown caller to receive something for free. And we got there to claim it. The result is that we could only claim the freebies if we would buy their product and not only that, there are other additional free items to give also. I was thinking if giving many freebies didn't make them lose their profits. So attracted we decided to buy their product and paid a lot just to get the freebies which later on we knew that we are still on the losing side because the product bought was overpriced. So I realized that something free isn't really free at all. It is because it's business and not a charity organization. When I see something like it I just laugh and never cared too much since then. So for me I no longer interested in free airdrops.

Yes it was at the time of your posting but it didn't actually stayed there long enough for all to earn alot of profit. Cryptocurrency is unpredictable and many had loses on their investments. While others who are lucky enough have gained a lot out of the current situation. Now the value have stayed low or at the bottom but I am still hopeful for a green one.

Re: Why all people moan about the price of bitcoin?
by
Lostchickens102
on 18/06/2018, 13:12:13 UTC
Without a clear usage or utility bitcoin will be dumping prices lower than of what was an all time high. It will never be reached again not unless somebody will be holding a very large volume of cryptocurrency to manipulate the price. If you have read some of the latest news about price manipulation then maybe you will understand why people are moaning about bitcoin prices goin low. Those who are holding large volume are selling it when they think they can earn profit. This result in a volatility we experienced today. So if bitcoin will be used by many price manipulation cannot create a big impact on the price.

Re: 99% OF ALL AIRDROPS ARE SCAMS!!!!!
by
Lostchickens102
on 17/06/2018, 10:14:45 UTC
Yes I have tried not getting paid. But I don't consider most airdrops as scams. Maybe it is true that they do not pay because they might have experienced loses in the company's investments. But I don't really think that airdrop are really profitable given that only small amounts of tokens are given.

Re: Bitcoin SCAM!
by
Lostchickens102
on 17/06/2018, 06:31:20 UTC
It is a nice story. Scams are always there because there are people who likes to get easy money and are greedy. Just often think about this to avoid scams. When you say people promising you something especially about earning money. Always try to be negative on it. Why? Understand that a person is wanting you to become rich. If it is true he would have not attempted to encourage you because he himself would have taken the opportunity. This is comparable to a person who have just found a box of treasure. Do you think that person will tell you about the treasure? Certainly not. Nobody would tell you to pick it up for him for the fear that others might get it before him. So it would be a scam because he would have done it himself it it was true.

I can't totally say that this year will be red. Though for some months now I have seen that the market exchanges have sufferred a lot of downtrends and rarely had a good lasting green. It could be that these concerns could totally be a real problem but I always look at the brighter side. Maybe towards the last quarter we will see the market getting better.

Re: Is bitcoin lead cryptocurrency market forever?

Only change is permanent in this world. Bitcoin may in time be replaced by an altcoin or may be upgraded to a better version. We don't know if such time will come but one thing is certain there will be changes. And it should be for what is good to all crypto currency holders. Just support cryptocurrencies if you think it is useful to you.

Re: why do people agree to pay taxes?
by
Lostchickens102
on 15/06/2018, 03:22:02 UTC
Greed makes paying taxes nothing. The sense of being in a group cooperating for the benefit of all is what taxes is for. It is a good practice that should not be denied by anyone. Why should we take arms on our hands just to eradicate taxes? Should there be anything to remove, then those are the people that are too greedy who puts taxes on their pocket rather than give it to people in need of it.

Re: Gold & Silver are safe than bank deposits ??
by

Gold and silver are two things that people would always buy due to stability of their prices aside from their uses to mak . Most of the time, gold and silver prices go up rather than go down just like as what you have presented. Also gold and silver are commonly used inside gadget motherboards which in this case would create a continuous market demands
