So after looking into the SEC hearings today I am fairly certain will be seeing a lot more ICOs require US investors to be Accredited Investors.

What I am trying to wrap my head around is how the JOBS Act and Regulated Crowdfunding works and how ICOs can use this to allow non-accredited investors to invest in ICOs.

Has anyone looked into this yet?

As for the previous two I use the Ledger. I just feel like it could be more user friendly. Not here to argue merits of Ledger or Trezor just hoping some other hardware wallets are in the pipeline.

So here is a question. Has it worked?  Per page 13 the security token is not supposed to be tradable to someone who is not verified.  Has anyone tried to buy some tokens with an unverified eth address?
