I'm not sure and basically what I posted before is all the information I received a couple months ago when I finally logged into FreiExchange and noticed that their RonPaulCoin wallets were frozen. I asked in their Telegram chat room https://t.me/freiexchange about that and one of their admins said that they were 51% hacked back in September and that they may have lost a few RPC's and that their exchange has a policy where they are responsible for 1/3 of what is lost.

That's basically all they told me and I typically use Coingecko's RonPaulCoin page to check on prices and sometimes I'd click the RPC/BTC exchange under Markets to check the activity on FreiExchange but noticed yesterday that RonPaulCoin's link just directed back to Frei's homepage.

Afterward I asked in their Telegram about if RonPaulCoin had been removed and this was the response I got: "Basically yes. Network was hacked. Exchange lost coins. Nobody cared. So now market is closed."

They said there was a 51% chain attack last September and they are now short a lot of RPC. Their policy on that is that they are responsible for 1/3 of what was lost.
Unless developers provide coins to their exchange, user accounts will get a hair cut.

We took a big punch as a community when we lost Colin after he left in May 2014, then Cryptsy the crappy corrupt exchange going down and a lot of people losing RPC's, then some oddball Bitshares people showing up and snap-shotting RonPaulCoin as if to start a RandPaulShares token... then a slow and steady recovery until early 2018 when Nick Spanos decided to be a huge intimidating asshole instead of bothering to help us, and then I hired a really TERRIBLE conman named Julian Taboada to create new wallets and he lied for months, hardly even STARTING to do any of the work I paid him for!

The price of RonPaulCoin dropped significantly since 2018 from a fairly solid price floor range  of 2500 to 4000 satoshis, all the way back down to it's price floor, below 100 satoshis = WAY TOO CHEAP!
We're down to basically ONE exchange and that absolutely wonderful humble and professional exchange is FREIEXCHANGE.COM. SHOW THOSE GUYS SOME LOVE IF YOU CAN AS WELL!

Please join our Discord and help grow our Community to be much larger and stronger, because if there's only 3 people in the entire world taking action to help DO THINGS to help RPC and if two people catch a cold or get scammed, the entire Community and our markets don't have to suffer. Not sure, future "Benjamin's" of crypto maybe? The $100 bill has been around since 1914 and all around the world people want dem' Benjamins still, yet no one seems to mind Benjamin Franklin's political views. Coinmarketcap said they don't keep RPC actively tracked due to too low of daily volume, but once it reaches a higher sustained daily trading volume to resubmit a request to have it reactivated. I asked them if they had a minimum threshold for reactivating RPC, this was their response:

I would reiterate that our volume requirements are not prohibitively high, as we recognize the need to create a level playing field.

• For trading volumes, there is no specific threshold that we are able to disclose, as we benchmark our assessment against market conditions and other applications. An added consideration would be to prevent people from 'gaming' the system.
