People are taking a big risk depositing here. If they work into any problems. This casino will NOT do anything to help resolve it. 500 casino only cares about taking your money and do resolving issues fairly.

See this is the crap I'm talking about. It's always on the player's end and NOT the casino's. The casino won't even take responsibility to investigate the problem. Just write it off as player's fault. I play the same doggone game on stakes and roobet and I never have this problem. It's only at 500.casino the whole website is slow loading. They have too many plug ins trying to load. Go load up the sportsbook it takes 15+ seconds just to get to the sportsbook when it should be damn near instant. As I said, I don't mind losing fair and square but don't put the blame on me when it's clearly the casino that is lagging in time response. They have lost a good daily player because they refuse to even look into the problem according to support agent Zen. There are just too many other decent casinos that would take the time and investigate a player's complaint instead of brushing them off.

Personally, all sites load almost in the same time on my end (always pretty slow as my internet connection is not the best), but I have had the same issue as you (I almost never use auto cash out on Crash) on several sites. It is frustating for sure but it is also not fair to really blame it on the casino. The support could maybe have explained it better but the explanation of UserU is understandable and makes sense.

I've never had this issue at stake. 500 casino has lost a customer in me. The way CS handled this issue was unprofessional and I will gladly go elsewhere where I'm able to get decent help.

Yes, I used the manual and the thing kept on going and going when I pressed it. If you look at my account you can see I do a lot of betting there. If I lose I redeposit with no problems. But to get robbed as I did and when I went to support to plead my case. Support didn't care to hear it or investigate if the problem could indeed come from the casino's end. I don't mind losing but please just don't take my money and call me a liar when I know I kept pressing the cashout button on the game.

Ah, honestly speaking even I myself don't use manual on sites I play on because the connection on my end tend to be located far from the servers. It happened multiple times to me as well (and I suck at pulling out on Crash).

As you mentioned on using manual, we usually recommend utilizing the auto-cashout to avoid these kind of outcomes. By default, crash is a latency-sensitive game, so at times the response from the client (i.e. us players) might not register quick enough before the crash happens. Just like in a multiplayer games when we wonder why our actions take at least a second later to initiate. If you observe the top-left of the screen whenever a new round starts, a clickable dot is present to indicate the client's latency/ ping. From the image below, mine's terrible enough:

While I'm not from the Support team, do understand that the casino only takes responsibility if the issue falls on their servers or game providers. Using your case as an example, should the entire site encounter a sudden interruption right after you placed your bet, the casino will reimburse all affected players from that round. However since the client's latency is the issue, that falls outside of the casino's purview.

See this is the crap I'm talking about. It's always on the player's end and NOT the casino's. The casino won't even take responsibility to investigate the problem. Warning DO NOT PLAY at 500 Casino
The support here is very arrogant. Their software is extremely slow which cost me to lose $200 on the game of crash. I went to support for help and support blamed me saying my internet connection is slow. This is an outright lie. If you go to any of their games or sportsbook. Their site takes forever to load up due to them having so many ads running like "Stop the war in Ukraine. Loading the best odds, etc."

I am a daily depositing customer of $200+ a day. I never complain but to be ripped off by their lagging software and then be blamed by an arrogant support agent named Zen. I advised anyone considering playing here to find elsewhere to play. They won't even investigate your complaint to see if the fault lies on their end. They have lost a good daily customer over a $200 crash game that is lagging and delays when you try to cash out of it.

Hey Lucky7btc,

When you mentioned about losing $200 on crash, were you using the manual cashout feature?

This is normal practice for these crooks. When you win the line becomes 1.65-1.65. It is quite likely that they will block your account and take your money.

FJ has a history of being a crook. Dunno why people praise them so much. But they are struggling and will come up with any reasons to void winnings and fix their sportsbook lines. I have long stopped playing with them. There are much better casinos and sportsbook out there that doesn't pull the stunts that FJ does.

Be careful using BITRUE. I have used them for 8 months without any problems. Friday I purchased $20k worth of VTHO and haven't been able to withdrawal. I have been told countless times that they will process it manually in a few hours. But as of now, they are still in my account. I have reached out to them via messages and inbox on Twitter and have been told the same lines each time

One thing that I really like about Bitcasino.io is the way that they manage RTP (Return To Player) information on their site. You can basically see the current RTP setting of a game under their "Live RTP" section ...... so it is not like other casinos, where it is "hidden" or difficult to see. (Those casinos do not want you to play the games with a less favorable RTP for the house)

Thank you guys for making this transparent and even showing changes in the RTP ....so that you can manage your game play, based on the RTP of the Slots you are playing.  Wink

How do you know the RTP is true? Any casino can post fake RTP %

Why would bitcasino post fake RTP% ? As mentioned by Karl, the provider of a specific slot will provide the RTP information and this RTP is the same on all casino sites. If you don't believe me, just compare the RTP's of a specific game between multiple sites and you will see that it is the same.

Quit being naive... Plenty of casino and software companies post false RTP. They also tell you that its all random and you are just having bad luck. Yet there are videos after videos on youtube showing casinos games being rigged. I first started online gambling in 1997 at an online casino called Caribbean Gold. I've seen it all when it comes to casinos, lies and manipulation...

These criminals are proven crooks. Even if the account is verified for them, it is not a problem to close it and steal the balance

Any new person that signs up at Fortune Jack is a fool. They pull this multi-accounts bullshit on big wins. Stay far away from these crooks.

Re: Help With Mybookie Casino

I signed up at mybookie casino a few weeks ago. I made several a few deposits in which I lost. I managed on my last deposit to win $1250. I made a withdrawal and waited for the 48 hrs pending period. After that time I tried to log in to my account and found that it was locked. I contacted support on the phone and was told I needed to send in some documents. I sent in the documents and they were approved. I waited for a few hrs and then tried to log back into my account and it was still locked. I called again and was then transferred to someone. This guy comes on the phone and starts accusing me of knowing someone that charged back $2000 on their credit card and they weren't going to pay me unless they paid back the chargeback. I HONESTLY TO GOD DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON THEY WERE ARE REFERRING TO. I tried to explain this to him. He insisted that I knew that person and he even insisted that I was a man using a voice decoder to sound like a woman. I told him he could easily skype with me and see I am a woman and this has to be a mistake and I'm caught up in their dragnet. He didn't want to hear it and hung up on me. I have never felt so low in my life. This guy honestly has the wrong person. I do not owe them any money nor do I know the person he was referring to (I swear to God!!!). I used crypto on all my deposits. I don't know who to turn to for help resolving this issue. But they truly have me mixed up with the wrong person(s).

Sorry, you are going thru this but mybookie is a rogue casino. There are many many complaints about them. They have pulled many stunts to not play some of its players. They have an F rating at my sites.

Re: Can anyone tell me what company this btc address belongs to?

Crypto.com offering a "deposit service" in which customers can deposit coin and earn interest. Huobi has what appears to be a peer-to-peer collateralized lending platform. If the OP is correct about his address belonging to crypto.com, it is possible they are using some of their deposits to fund loans on Huobi's platform.
I've had a good look around crypto.com's website and blog, and I can't find any obvious links to Huobi. Indeed, their "Crypto Earn" platform which you are referring to makes no mention whatsoever as to how the interest they pay you is generated, which I find pretty shady in and of itself. Their "How does it work" page here simply talks about how to set up an account and deposit coins, and their Terms and Conditions for the earn account here says nothing about they use or store any deposited coins.

While I don't trust any of these "earn interest" platforms, at least the other ones I have seen say quite clearly in their Terms and Conditions that they will give your coins out to third parties as loans, investments, etc. Crypto.com not even telling you what they are going to do with your coins is even worse.
I agree that crypto.com has the appearance of being especially shady. They apparently also have an exchange and claim to have fairly decent volume. They are offering very shady bonuses, but if you read the fine print, the bonuses are actually trading fee discounts. I am not sure if the volumes are fake, but I would be hesitant to deposit coin on their exchange.

They are indeed shady. I strongly suggest everyone considering using them to think twice. Just look at the complaints of this company.
