Trust me, something is going wrong and is not the .bat to open with admin rights but the exe file (for the first time).
You are still mining with hand brake on

Got it up and running, finally some good results

On the .bat file, put option -t 4 at the end if you have 8 Mb cache or -t 3 with 6 Mb cache like my i3.
Try if it can make some difference.

Yea that is what I have, -t 4 , and still can't get over 170h/s with nothing else open on the pc except the miner. http://prntscr.com/hky6ar

Previous to mine, the sofware have to start with admin privileges and reboot pc.
After reboot, you can start mining with .bat file.
You are in SLOW mode now

Can you share what are you mining with? Your specs please?
I have a ryzen 1600 6 core 12 thread as a main machine and an intel i5 3470 @ 3.2 ghz sometime in help, but the heavy work is made by ryzen.
