I think that the most difficult thing is to feel the market. This skill is a combination of books,  youtube videos, communication w other traders and your own experience. It takes a lot of your time.. But I'm very lazy:( I found a free bot https://cointelegraph.com/news/festive-free-automated-trading-bot-can-be-set-up-in-10-minutes it seems to be ok so far.

to minimize loss you should learn how to trade, chart, Tech analysis, fundamental analysis and sentiment analysis for manual trading.
It will be great to learn how to trade manually and trade with free automated trading bot that can be set up in 10 minutes. But for newbies it can be problematic.. But I adore the Trade Santa bot interface because it's easy to use and I like their simple interface.

Even if you're a pro, there will still a time where you will loss. But to minimize loss, then study and learn how to trade. Learn the chart. For crypto trading, learn Tech analysis, fundamental analysis and sentiment analysis. You can start by learning first how volatile crypto then learn all the trading signals so you can read and understand chart and learn how crypto move and what makes it go up and down. For beginner, it's ideal to start small while you're learning then invest little by little as you learn.

Re: Are you picky with ICOs?

Base on my experience many icos are scams and also they are not successful and most of the ico's failed to reach its soft cap. That's why you should be picky when choosing a ico especially if your investment is huge because it would be a big loss to you if the ico failed and i dont pick the ones with the coins that are not that good enough to reach or to advertise their coins. And also, knowing the team of the ico you want to invest is the best thing you can do in order not to be scam at all.

I believe that trading without losses is impossible .. When you just start doing something, you need to feel the market.. And it's okay when you make some mistakes.. Now I try to use Trade Santa.. It wasn't so easy to configure the bot.. But today it works good.

Re: 4 Things Traders Must Do To Be Successful
by

I think you should have the best strategy depending on the altcoin you invest. If you want to make big profits, you have to have big capital to make the most profit in the day. I think you should focus on investing in top altcoin on  great coinmarketcap for day trading. The market is going down so do not choose to invest in altcoin with small oscillation fluctuations, hard to earn big profits.

According to me trading can provide us with huge profits but only if you have enough experience and skills for it.Trading is not simple as investing and holding. You have to keep an eye on the rise and fall of the price and have to sell your coins on regular basis. So if you think that you are skilled enough for trading then you should definitely go for it.It will provide you with a lot of profits.

Experience will teach you a lot of great things. However, avoid learning about trading in an expensive way. You should just avoid becoming too emotional in trading. If you are going to trade the money you have earned through joining campaigns, you can freely do so. However, take note that trading is risky, even experience traders incur losses and some even loss a great amount of money on trading. You must have your own preference and strategy as a trader.
I try to use trading tools, I mean the bots. There are some good known bots - Trade Santa, 3 commas and cryptohopper. But I prefer the Trade Santa bot because it's free and easy to use.

And it can be helpful for beginners to combine manual trading with the trading bots. You can setup them and get some profit. Last time I use tradesanta.com,  I think it works well.
Is this service for free? What’s the advantage of trading bots? I think they take so big commission that even small amount you earn (if you earn), you will give away to bots. So better to trade by yourself.

I think https://icorating.com/ is quite reliable one. You can also check the project you're interested in on cryptocompare.com.
Also https://www.icoranker.com/ and https://icobench.com/ are quite good.

If you're planning on holding certain altcoins for a longer period of time, it's advised to keep them in a secure desktop or hardware wallet.
You're always running the risk that the exchange gets hacked or that they'll disappear with your coins.

by

I heard a lot of good things in ripple. They are saying that it will surpass ethereum now. It become more indemand of the faster transaction it has. And the lower fee than bitcoin. Actually when you look at the table of price movement of ripple. It almost increase by 30% of its previous price. So it means that it really nice to buy and hold because it will give you a good income later on.

Re: What is the most stable altcoin?
by

The most stable ones are Ethereum and Litecoin.
But I think, that Cardano, Stellar, Solt, IOTA and GIFTO will surprise us in 2018.
That's not only question of stability
