My freebitco account has been blocked for over a month, I have more than 12M Funtokens locked in it for years, and despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any reply.
I even tried mentioning the issue on Twitter, but unfortunately, they blocked me instead of responding.
As one of the long term investors and a premium member, this is unfair. I didn't do anything wrong, during all these years I rarely used free rolls, and I never really made profit from investing in Funtoken, in fact, I lost money. But I was never upset about the loss, because I wanted to support this token and believed in it because I believed freebitco is a successful site.
This is really a painful ending for me as a long term holder and supporter.

I think you should be happy that they even replied to you.
In my case, they never responded to my emails — even when my account was still active and without any issues.

Once I sent them an email asking to cancel a BTC withdrawal, but they never replied and processed it immediately. Unfortunately, the amount 0.0003 BTC was below the exchange’s minimum deposit requirement 0.0005 BTC, so I completely lost those coins. The payout was instant those days.

I also had problems with WoF and received no response. And now, with my account completely blocked, I still haven’t gotten any reply.

Sadly, Freebitco seems far from what it used to be in its golden days. As one of the very first premium membership users at the highest level, I honestly expected better communication and support.

Hello @freebitco.in PR, glad to see you back on [Suspicious link removed] and FUN Token for a long time, I've invested in the token since the first day and locked them for years, I have more than 12 millions of FUN but unfortunately my account got blocked a month ago, I didn't do anything.

I don't want to share the account's informations here, Could you please guide me on what steps I should take to resolve this issue?

I live in Iran, unfortunately freebitcoin has been blocked in my country since years ago, so I don't think this will work.

I have the same issue, I can't log into my account since two weeks ago. I had more than 12 million funtokens in it.
I used my account as my btc wallet and mined btc for 3 and half years from 2019 to 2022. Bought a lot of tokens from the first day they introduced funtoken, locked them all for years, and now this is what I get. My last deposit was in 2023, it was 1.4btc , after that I had some withdrawals maybe 0.1btc totally. My last withdrawal was a month ago, by selling 163k funtokens , it was around 0.03btc, they paid it fast, but after some weeks ,I don't know why they did this to my account .

This was my first post in here, thequin solved my issue that day, and after that since a week ago I had no issues at all except for wof issue that all members had . I bought fun at high prices and locked them for years, I'm still in loss, I hope they see my emails and recover my account, I had millions of funtokens in it, another pack of my tokens will be unlocked in next few days.

Both of those addresses was for my account, there is no first and second account. And as I said earlier, we only can deposit into the addresses, when we try to withdraw , freebitcoin will pay from their main hot wallets. So those outgoing transactions was made by themselves, I don't know what happened there, I asked chatgpt , he said it's UTXO. I don't know what it is though .

You're wrong, you can generate new deposit addresses in freebitcoin. And as far as I know if you have multiple accounts on same device or same ip your account will be banned. But in my case, as you saw, I used the site with no issues for years. If someone creates multiple accounts, when they request for payouts they'll be compromised and banned altogether. I think my case is buying and selling big amounts of funtoken, they thought I hacked or misused something.

I don't know what was your case, but mine is banned for sure, because I was my husband's referral, now it shows zero referrals in "refers" tab on his account.

Yeah I saw it too, I don't know why is it like that, some other input addresses in those transactions have the same weird transactions too!

Except for the last deposit that was from a personal wallet address, all other deposits are from mining pool.
From 24/01/2019 to 30/7/2022 I had mining farm. 3 years and half, it was a family mining farm, 3 miners for me and my husband, 1 for my brother in law, 1 for my sister in law and 1 for my husband's parents.
After all these years, this is what we get, I don't know what to do, I've sent some emails to support@freebitco.in but they don't answer.

What was 0.04btc ? I was talking about funtoken . This is just one of my deposit addresses , I can't remember if I changed it once or twice because I used different mining pools from time to time. I had mining farm for 3-4 years.
I think the wallet address you mentioned was freebitcoin's wallet address, there was no hack. For your information, we have no access to the deposit address we get from freebitcoin, we can deposit btc in it, of we request for a withdraw , they send btc from a different wallet address, it's their hot wallet.

You're talking like you have multiple accounts.
I didn't request for payout, I just woke up and saw my account  is logged out.
I'm an old user of this site, I always trusted them, I used my account as my btc wallet, I had a btc mining farm 6 years ago and deposited all my bitcoins directly to my freebitcoin account.

I hope they did this by accident, I had 11 million funtokens locked in my account , 4 millions of them unlocked some days ago, I didn't get any emails but I got a notification about it. Then my account is still working , they only cut my access to it.

I used this site as my btc wallet for years, they started promoting funtoken, then I joined the party bought a lot of tokens back then when it's price was way higher, I bought and sold a lot in pump and dumps, earned a lot and bought more and more, then bear market came and I locked my tokens, I had +10 millions funtoken ~3BTC . Now after about 3 years , I had about 11 million tokens , 30th of this month a pack of my locked tokens that was about 4 million tokens was going to be unlocked. Today I woke up and see my account has been logged out and I can't sign back in, forget password is not working too. Did I lose my entire life savings? My husband would kill me. What should I do? Is having a lot of tokens against the rules?

Because btc pumps/dumps more than fun , at least these days.
I'm not pro, maybe this strategy only works for me.
I also have some funs locked for long term.
