Yes, from what I understood reading the article and checking around, it is one of the first few companies Faba invested in.

Who are members of "mentor team" and how exactly they gonna help you.I am asking as i see 10% of the tokens is allocated for them.
Probably experienced venture capitalists who will help the team choose best projects in the beginning.
Team is already experienced in that regard,from what i could see in their LinkedIn profiles, but i guess more experienced people cant hurt.
From what I was able o see, they all cover different aspects of business which is good.

Im certain FABA team will keep majority of the tokens for themselves, thats the safest way for this idea to suceed as they are well experienced investors ,so they will work in best interest of the company.
Most probably the team will do this. The team will be the majority shareholder to implement what is in their mind. Also I believe that this is a good decision. Because they are more trusted than any other one by the community.
Will there be some other use for FABA tokens except for voting rights when they decide about where to invest?
Well I must say it is very interesting question, since they act like a share of the company.What will make people to trade them and sell them?

I know that public sale is delayed, but I read that private sale is still ongoing.So does that mean that we can somehow buy AGT even though public sale is closed?

If you open the website you can see it on the homepage directly...It say open for private investors.
It would be good to get that confirmation from Agate team.
I actually asked that today in their telegram group,and i got the confirmation from admin that private sale is still on.

Probably midnight is when the sale ends, when new date rolls in.
I thought that there will be break between rounds 1 and 2,that wont continue imemdiately.

It can be done that way too,but for best effect i prefer live,and then eventually you can make an article covering all important questions and answers.
Yeah live ones are much more interesting and team gives answers on the spot and live which gives it much more credibility.

I have heard about Faba from a friend and have been reading through this topic a bit.I'm interested, but would like to know what kind of returns can we expect if we don't have enough funds to vote for companies that will be offered?
Your returns comes to you according to the amount of tokens you hold. There is no special formula.
How often will you pay out dividend?
I presume it will be yearly, same as it is with stocks.I could be wrong though.
It makes sense,or maybe make it quarterly,i think investors would like that even more,to get funds more often
Can that even be done? I'm not sure that you can just set it up anyway that suits you, there are certain things that need to be fulfilled so investor can receive dividends.

Anything would be nice.Reddit,twitch,Youtube or even telegram Q&A as that one is easiest to organise and im sure it would help people get to know FABA better and the team behind it.
I don't think AMA is a priority at the moment, STO is still going and team is working on getting more partners in.

Distribution usually happens after end of ico, so it will most likely be in this case too.

Can a newbie where signature? Otherwise, you can't join signature bounty by default.
Newbies unfortunately cant wear signature anymore, but atleast we can join social media part of the campaign if account is older than 3 months.

Why you decided to switch on POS? Isnt ethereum blockchain good enough for your purposes,especially now with these changes that are coming?
I think it is because Agate has its iFiat Ecosystem for handling and nullifying volatility when it comes to payments and need it's own blockchain for that.
Isn't Agate code open source? Or just the app? Couldn't that be translated to Etherium blockchain too?
How would we then have POS if Agate was on ETH blockchain?
Agate API is open source, I guess that is what was meant to be said, not the app.Those two are completely different things.

Can you tell the incentives that you plan to offer to merchants and regular users to use Agate? How many users do you expect to have using the platform in first 6 months after the launch?
This will be the key problem, to get all those retailers on board, and so far we see that they are doing good job regarding that.
It is a good thing that Agate is getting those big retailer chains with them,it will be much easier to attract smaller ones later on,when they see that big chains are using Agate solutions.
The most important question is what is the point for networks to switch to this method of payment? I do not see any normal business owner and who knows how to count the numbers who would agree to work under such conditions.
Lower fees i think, as usually card companies take 2-3% from every transaction,an with agate having much lower fees,it should pay off easily.

Transaction fee will be 0.1 AGT. Thats considerably less than standards fees.
If there is such a low fee, how will the miners then earn from mining AGT?
I think there will be no mining when it comes to Agate. Agate will be POS.

Documents won't be stored on blockchain as Lynked.World is on ETH blockchain. They will be stored in the application.

Our main source of income will be verification fees.
Do we know how much will verification fee be in the end?
I believe that is not determined yet, probably it depends on projections that still need to be calculated after sale.
Will verification fee be a one time thing? Like I verify my document and I don't have to pay ever again to re-verify for something else?

Did this drop of ETH and BTC affected your funds raised?I mean your ico was on while prices were much higher.
Maybe they bought tether with the funds raised.Tether is way to go during this market.
I doubt that projects sell their funds or put on the exchange while sale is on,even though going into tether was a good thing to do few months ago.
Yeah i agree on that ,no way Agate went into tether,And this current price is just temporar,prices will go up sooner or later,and it shouldnt affect development a lot.
No matter what anyone says, if funds were stored in some stablecoin instead of ETH or BTC a lot if ICO's would have much less problems with this market.

Yes,thats exactly kind f news we were hoping for while waiting for public sale announcement.
partnership is good and positive in this market. but it turns out that there will again be a fiat money gateway? at the time of purchase, everything will be converted? many will not like it. especially all tax authorities and resulators.
It is good to have more partnerships, team is doing a great job, if there are issues later team will deal with that when time comes.
