Is the second round of sale staring in few days?
I see on Faba's telegram, the ICO ends in May 2019, 2nd round of ICO sale will start in March 1st, 2019.
I see the highest bonus offered by Faba in the 2nd round is 20%.
So there will be bonus afterall?All this time i thought that price will be $1.3 per token,without the bonus.
In the second round their won't be any bonus. Token price is fixed at 1.3usd per token.
This is directly from your whitepaper
In the second ICO round bonuses from 10% to 20% will be available with nominal value of $1.3for one (FABA)token.
Is this info then outdated,as it clearly says that there will be bonus ins 2nd round?
I guess that it was changed, but not updated in WP.

Is there any reward if we suggest a company to Faba to put up for vote or invest into?
Say a bounty campaign, easier to understand and more popular.

Most likely Vuje invested in Faba, that would make sense to me since Faba is not investing yet.

Did the second part of sale start already? How long does it take to go through KYC proces?
The second part of the sale will take effect from 1st of March 2019. KYC takes less than a week to process and verify.

What does the " Marketing boost startup articles" on the roadmap stand for? What will you be actually doing?
Probably some articles about startups that Faba invested in to promote them or articles about Faba itself to up the marketing game a bit.
Will that be like it is with bounty's? People can write articles about it and get rewarded?

Are you still working on your own blockchain,is that still the plan, will you be able to relase mainnet during first quarter of 2019?
Last information about it was that the team was ahead of roadmap with development, so unless something changed everything should happen within roadmap schedule as planned.

Best format to address all of it would be an AMA or live AMA to start the public sale.
What is AMA? Is that some kind of event with the team?
Its basically type of interview where community asks questions in real time and team answers.
One I had a chance to see was not in real time, but people just asked questions and posted them and then later team answered the questions in article.

It says Agate is like Paypal for crypto currencies, does that mean that we will be able to send crytpo through Agate network to friends, pay for stuff directly from the app and all other things Paypal allows us to do?
I think that they also aim to be able to connect your debit card with Agate account,and that way spend crypto in an easy and efficient way.

It was not announced yet, but team is negotiating with credit card provider at the moment.
Is the name of the card company known? I know that usually mastercard u used when it comes to crypto based debit cards

When is token distribution for us that did your bounty camoaign?
From what i understand according to the bounty manager, the bounty has not ended yet currently ongoing, distribution can only be done after the sale which i don't know if it has ended on still active.
Only VIP signature is going one, regular campaign finished long time ago.
Is there any airdrop or some other campaign where we can get Agate tokens?
Nothing that i know of,we are all waiting now for main sale to star,that is the only way to get AGT tokens.
Maybe when public sale starts again , there will be a new airdrop or bounty also to boost the sale a bit and engage the community again.

so is this project now over? what about the funds that have been collected and how much money have you collected? I want to know what the plans next form this project are going to be and hopefully the developers can make this project successful or useful in the future.
It is not over the sale is still on.Team is developing the platform all the time, you can test the app, which is out completely released, not in beta version.
Good thing would be to get as much partners as possible before the end of the sale.

Can you tell the incentives that you plan to offer to merchants and regular users to use Agate? How many users do you expect to have using the platform in first 6 months after the launch?
This will be the key problem, to get all those retailers on board, and so far we see that they are doing good job regarding that.
It is a good thing that Agate is getting those big retailer chains with them,it will be much easier to attract smaller ones later on,when they see that big chains are using Agate solutions.
The most important question is what is the point for networks to switch to this method of payment? I do not see any normal business owner and who knows how to count the numbers who would agree to work under such conditions.
Because transactions are instant and no issues with volatility, lower fees, there are a lot of advantages that Agate brings, if that was not true Geelus would not even partner with Agate.
What do you mean by there will be no volatility? Does that mean that market and price changes won't affect merchants?

Are there any news about POS terminals, when will people be able to order those,and who will be manufacturer?
You can already order it I think or at least those which participated in the presale were able to get them for free.
How much does a POS terminal cost? Will there be a free version available too?
