There is an exact definition.
I don't know how much more clear it can be. And no it isn't different, it's still spam. I don't care if an OP says to do it, the OP doesn't determine the rules here, and he probably got banned for it too. Though it looks like he didn't even do that, you just can't read. Just like you can't read the reason you got banned on the login page.
You're also a pretty terrible poster. All your posts are addresses or INTERESTED!

You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.

Guys, we have a problem.
After sending out to about 35k, our wallet file became corrupted.
we're trying to recover the keys, but it's both
encrypted and corrupted and at this point we have no idea how to recover them, if they are even there
(the keys might not even be there, if the client only flushed a part of the file)
If anybody can help out with that, please do so.
