Great Question, the web-wallet systems were only designed for Distribution purposes only. They way in which users can access their coins is logging in using the same email that they used in the bounty or ICO, we would of course always send passwords out to users, however there is no way for us to know what your passwords are.
There are fraud prevention systems in place to stop or hold an account if there are 5 or more failed login attempts made, or if different IP Addresses are used for more than 3 login attempts. Our support team will always pass this on to fraud for investigation which only takes a maximum of 48 hours to fix.
Our Team Wallet is No.1 on the RichList and this is the only wallet we have access to which is the original dev budget.

Was the web wallet the type you have control over your private key or the centralized wallet were the service providers can access your funds without your permission. I'm trying to understand what really happened because sometimes hackers target web wallet to withdraw coins of newly launched projects. The team haven't confirmed that they were the ones that withdrew the coins (that's just the evidence I was looking for when readings your OP).
I'm sorry for your lost but right now we just have your word against theirs, yours is saying "they withdrew the coins" while theirs is saying "they didn't". Maybe if you can get more affected individuals to come state their experience or give us more reason to believe the team moved the coin then will can tagged the account representative on the forum and also support your flag (when you create one).

A year ago I made a huge work for these guys, joined a lot of campaign, and recieved to my wallet 34386 coins MB8.
At the same day these coinds were transfered to the team wallet.
The team completely ignores my requirements, blocked me in social networks.
I know that you do not want to return to me my tokens that were taken back from my web wallet.
But I know what to do with such scammers!
Ill tell them frankly, Ive been in cryptocurrency for a long time, I know a lot of people, I have two community telegram channels of 1,500 people that are my friends, and I want to tell them that they can ask administrators of Redme, Repux.io (huge projects) , these companies lost all their investors because they did very stupid things with their bounty hunters. They had to pay a fee in full to us and all they lost everything. In MB8 case, I would recommend that they return guys funds to their accounts, otherwise I will be forced to write to my friends bloggers, telegram channels, and Bitcoinalk about how MB8 behave like thieves. We do not like scammers, return what we earned and do not need anything else. We have nothing to lose.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I have emailed you and any other affected community members today after a full investigation on the Web-Wallet Systems.
What caused the issue?
We are still performing a full investigation in to the situation, however, initial investigations are showing an error on some accounts relating to the 10% airdrop which caused some wallets to be excluded from the network and locked the coins.
We would like to sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused, however I am sure you can appreciate we had an underrepresented amount of people trying to take MB8 Coin which you as bounty hunters earned, they do this by simulating the email from your email, which as a result caused us to stop any further payouts and freeze and suspend some user accounts where fraud has been attempted.
Further to the above issues, there was a brief period where a small portion of Bounty Hunters tried this earlier and succeeded to take on some occasions double payments. When this was identified by myself I quickly put a stop to this and suspended those that had fraudulently took coins from MB8 Coin, however as a result the risk was elevated to all bounty hunters meaning only myself or another member of the S.M.T could release payments back to Bounty Hunters.
On behalf of myself, MB8 Coin, Blockchain Scotland and Multibuy I would personally like to apologies if I have caused any upset to you concerning genuine bounty hunter issues.

Last year, I joined MB8 Coins Twitter round 1 & 2 and Telegram round 1 bounty campaigns. I worked 44 weeks (almost 1 year) to promote this project. All of my work can be found on the bounty thread.

Total Rewards:
Twitter Round 1: 27370 coins (spreadsheet 1 no 842)
Telegram Round 1: 2200 coins (spreadsheet 1 no 493)
Twitter Round 2: 82340 coins ( spreadsheet 2 no 861)
On April 19, I received 111.910 coins which is the correct amount, but on June 23, they sent me 10% more of the amount, and pulled the all coins back at the same time. Please take a look at this:
When I checked my account before June 23, everything was fine. There was no problem until I saw the announcement saying that Web-Wallets are being closed. As soon as I saw it, I checked my account and my balance was gone. I was totally shocked! How can I know that the team was transferring my coins right?
So I thought there was a mistake and I contacted with the support team. Here is what I got:
And then I contacted with Daniel Potts who is the owner of Telegram group and the Chief Integrations Officer at Blockchain Scotland. Even though the team took back my hard earned coins (and I dont really know why), he doesnt want to help. He sent me the same message as the support. And then he didnt even respond. I also asked for help on the Telegram group. See how explanatory I was trying to be:
Someone from the group, who had the same problem with us, advised us to contact Daniel Potts, because Mr. Potts returned his coins. I really became hopeful about the solution.
But then Daniel Potts replied. By lying that the team hasnt moved our coins. As you can see, I am not the only one who has this problem.

After banning all of us from the Telegram group, they decided to close the group, because of horrendous abuse from members of this group. After reading the conversation, can you see any horrendous abuse from us? Or just claiming our rights with a respectful language? Which one?
All in all, this is how we are being scammed by MB8 Coin at this very moment. The folks of bitcointalk, I am asking you: What did I do wrong? What was my mistake? Do you check your accounts everyday in case they are withdrawn by some team members? The team has apparently pocketed our coins, and does not want to return them. $5000 is a good amount of money. Guess how many people have the same problem. I think MANY MANY!

As MB8 Coin is not running on the ERC20 Platform, this means we are currently allowing investors to purchase MB8 Tokens during the ICO. Once the ICO has ended, these tokens will be converted to MB8 Coin on the new X13 Blockchain, once this happens you will receive an email with details on how to withdraw your MB8 Coins and details on how to download the QT Wallet, or move them around online digital wallets to be used within the Multibuy Network.
I am sure as most of our community now know through press releases, that MB8 Coin is set to become regulated very soon. This means greater trust in the coin as well as Government Backing and allow for much faster listings on leading global crypto exchanges.

I spend a good time in reading your project and your whitepaper. I found many good things for myself which I think will benefit me in the coming days when I will invest in this project.
I myself consider this project as beneficial to be in my watchlist. The aims and the current progress of the team members show that future of this coin will bring a bright time for the investors. Keep in mind that every coin must have some parameters which play a major role in increasing the mass adoption and the price increase of the price which this coin already persist so the investors will get a good benefit from the coin especially if they invest in ICO.

I came across the team behind the project and I must say I am impressed with the calibre of people involved in the project but I have a question. The company itself is into loyalty rewards and now launching an ico raise a coin. Accepted that the funds raised would be used to build the platform to accommodate more users based on the blockchain technology, what then happens to holders of the coin?
