Acquired method from seller, and I can vouch that it does work... But it's an older method and only works for debit cards currently. If a debit card will suit your needs, then this method may be useful to you. According to the site mentioned in the guide, VCCs have not been offered since February.
The cards provided are issued by an RU bank with BIN 4890 49
For a partially working method, the price could be lower.

Purchased an unmetered US VPN from Yalanx a few days ago, got it within 24hrs. So far, I've pumped about 80gb through it with minimal issues.  

EDIT: Seems to be some kind of soft cap around 100gb. If I try to upload continuously, sometimes the connection throttles really bad or drops.

EDIT2: 5/25 The OP has been updated in relation to a fault with the US server. Contacted seller and was provided a temp replacement.
