I want to buy about 2-3 bitcoins with bank transfer (SEPA) or other method but it's normal price (not exchange it at a higher price). For example in localbitcoins most people sell bitcoin about $10 or more up from the normal current price.

I am currently mining MetalCoin at minerpools with my CPU (AMD FX 6300) and cpuminer 1.3 but the speed is up and down. For example one time is about 350 KH/s, another time is 750 KH/s and after falls down again.

I have not open any heavy programs..
