So i was selling btc for PayPal i knew a way to be safe from chargeback i found a seller he gave me his skype he told we'll use localbitcoin for escrow we did that he sent the funds but when i checked my PayPal i didn't receive anything he told to teamview i opened and showed my PayPal nothing was there he told to see the proof in localbitcoin i opened it and then he tried to release funds but luckily i had 2FA so he failed miserably

Considering the International Wire Transfer Charge or the fees for Western Union, it won't be a good idea to use them for such a small amount.
It is better you use some local exchangers. Another thing which raises suspicion is, even if you use escrow, how will the escrow agent verify you really received the amount in your bank or not ? Will you be giving access to your bank to the escrow provider too ?
