The reserved NFT will be for players that has reached a certain loyalty level (points), they can only mint 1 and it's at a limited quantity.

At the launch of the NFT, existing players and collectors can mint at a certain supply. More will be shared next month!

To answer the question on the reserved NFTs, again it's for our future players. To mint the reserved NFT you will need to reach a certain level, the points you have collected will then allow you to mint 1 NFT for free.

We will be reserving a portion of the NFTs for our future players who are late to the party. The rest will be up for grabs 

As I have mentioned, the 3rd party upgraded their system and had issues.

The incoming wallet provider is a well-known brand that is currently providing the same service to some of the best-known online crypto casinos. To say that no reputable crypto casino uses a third-party company for transaction management is a bit short-sighted.

Recently, as we were paying our streamers with TRON USDT, the gas cost us almost $13 per transaction! 

The wallet system belongs to a 3rd party, we can manually adjust but once the system goes back to normal it will try to revert and correct everything. Any manual adjustments will only result in duplicates.

Speaking of duplicates, today we found out the wallet system did double entry for deposits to some players, as far back as on 13th!!! We managed to correct some duplicates but most were either withdrawn or lost to game sessions (which is still fine).

Good day all, as you all know, we have been pretty frank and always up front with you lot.

At the moment, after our wallet provider upgraded their system 2 weeks ago, we started seeing "missing" deposits. However, all funds are SAFU! The wallet provider's system fails to update us on player balance. We started seeing this issue more rampant in the last 3 days. As such it is understandable that players would accuse us of being a scam. I would too if my deposits aren't being synced properly after a couple of hours of waiting.

We are working closely with the provider and hope to have it fixed in the next 24-48 hours. However, this experience has left us with a bitter taste in the mouth, and we are unsure if their promises carry any weight anymore. We have started speaking with other providers and hope to bring a backup early next month!

Yep, we still have the old addresses on file and can move the funds over to the new addresses should the deposits were made to the old ones.

Good day, all. I know it has been frustrating concerning the sportsbook's max bet size. The provider restricted it globally regardless of player status. We are currently in talks with them in the hope of increasing the max bet size this month.

That's what we faced with Betby as well. They constantly blocked our players, and we had to reset them back to regular player status, only to have them blocked again after a day or two. Sabasports is one of the OG sportsbook providers in Asia, but it is not well known outside of this region.

Yup, we officially moved from Betby to Sabasports as our preferred sportsbook platform. There are a lot of improvements to be made in terms of their UI for the global market, and we will be in the thick of it 

Concerning sportsbook, we will be migrating from our current provider to a new one by the end of the month. We're looking for an improvement when it comes to odds update and better spreads, all for the love of our players!
