Any recommended drives that are known to work with no issues. Thanks for the quick response!

Drive Almost Full - 456.74GB out of 457.45GB used ... what happens next.

Anyone have any idea what happens the drive finally is full on the miner? I've been watching the drive space dwindle now for the last couple of weeks and I'm pretty sure that sometime between Sunday and Wednesday of this week it's finally going to happen. So that said what will happen, will the units, die, will there be an automatic FIFO delete?

Is there a good idea of what can be deleted via SSH'ing into the box, I don't use the node but it has run and I'm sure there is data in there that could free up some space if someone can tell me what to delete that won't cripple the miner.

Looking for suggestions.

Thanks

With so many of us now using an Apollo for mining BTC and the fact that the box has its own node, has anyone taken the time to do a write up for us "slower" old guys that might want to take full advantage of the functions of the box as in use the node and the box together to solo mine?

Is it even possible to set up the Apollo BTC and Node to mine into itself in solo mode?

I'm mining to CKPool but wondering if I have the ability to use the Apollo to mine in my old world and not have to go to a pool.

A write-up or cheat sheet would be really welcome!

I'm not sure if I'm the only one that is experiencing this but searching this thread is a nightmare, I'm finding that every few days my standard hashboard unit will fade off leaving only my main controller unit working. Obviously, this takes my hashrate from 4.5 to 2.0'ish but for no apparent reason.

My 2 boxes are in an air conditioned environment, I've run Bitmain ASIC's in that same room with no issue and they are on a UPS for power consistency.

The fix is simple, reboot the boxes and I'm up and running but now I'm finding that I'm having to play babysitter.

Is this something that anyone else is experiencing?

Thanks!

Just got my Batch 2 units (1 master / 1 slave) and all I can say is thank you FBit! Great units, up and running in about 10 minutes ... BUT ... have a question or issue.

I haven't changed anything from out of the box defaults expect my pool so it was pretty quick to set up and the download of the BTChttp:// blockchain started pretty quickly and as of 18 hrs of uptime we're at 82% so we expect the download to complete today and within 24 hours. YAY!

Now the issue, I'm seeing a hardware error of 8.4% but it also states 19 rejected blocks. Hashboard 0 is showing 2.1% error and HB-1 shows 15.7% error

So the question would be, what constitutes these errors?

Next question, since ll 44 chips are running on both boards, hash rate on the master (assuming the master is HB-1) is 2Th/s while HB-0 is at 1.56Th/s, wondering why the drop in performance on 2nd board.
