Yes I see your vouches but I've bought from shoppy stores that have a lot of "positive" feedback only to be scammed....

I've only tried emailing but I haven't tried chatting, I'm assuming youll need a different email to chat with them? And all of mine have MSDN on them so not sure how to go about this. Most of these i hadn't logged into them in a few months, They say email was used to send spam emails, not sure how that works. I never use them.

I'm also having the same problem as the OP. Changing password doesn't work, just gives you an error that the system is unavailable. Contacting support is worthless they don't reply even after months. If anyone has a way to fix this i'd love to know

It use to work with using a phone number to unlock it but now a lot of give me this error. I see this when I haven't logged into them for a while. Changing the password doesn't work since i"ve already tried it. If anyone knows how to fix bypass this error let me know. And I don't have attached phone number on these.

Purchased the method and its interesting, Although ive seen this method before but he gives new ideas on how to make it work. The fact that he added pictures is a nice touch. Will report back on my results. Might take a couple of days.

I should of listened to above poster, I attempted to purchase 2 accounts and agreed I'd send half then the other half after receiving , he took my money and never gave me any accounts
