Where can I cat a full guide how to compile and run my own pool? I have some good server which will perfectly fit this task. I have ubuntu 14.04.
When I type "make -f makefile.unix" I get
I tried to comment out "skein.o" in the makefile and get another error:

For starters it looks like you are using the wrong makefile. coinshield_prime is the CPU miner (and not even the latest makefile as it has been renamed now).
You're asking for help with how to run a pool, yet you have made no posts on this forum in 3 years until now, have had no input into the nexus project, and are not in slack where all of the development team and other pool operators converse daily. I am more than happy to help most people with compile problems if they are not familiar with linux or compiling code, but if you seriously want to run a pool then you should at least be able to work out how to compile the source code yourself. I would also hope you have the ability to read/understand the code, so that you can debug problems for you miners if they arise. So if you are serious about running a pool, email preston@nexusoft.io for a slack invite, come into slack and introduce yourself.
Also, what hardware specification is your server? Does it have a fixed IP address (and if so what is it)? Are you planning on contributing any development time to the project?

Maybe there is some secret technique about cloning from git?I will gladly answer all your questions just after you explain me the purpose of creating git repo with wrong makefile(which may be the first in the "wrong file" list) and calling this "compile problems"

did not come any more payments already 9 hours... and ballance does not increase.
Any manipulation and restarting does not help. Shares go, processors loaded, but there is no payment and the balance is unchanged from noon...
What happened? When the pool sends payment for a job?
Failed to connect server now...
Same problem..Using only 1 machine for mining. Still can't connect and no payouts
P.S.: can't find any instruction how to build own pool. I get

Nexus built successfully on the same machine, but pool gives error
Yes we have to works on pool stability with the new release . Pool works with 0% fee for the moment.
I keep you posted when we found a good solution to increase stability.
It's probably a compilation probleme, we works on an optimisation.
How can I make my own pool with old code? Where can I read a full guide? I have problems with compilation on ubuntu, as I've mentioned.

Да вот и думаю, но ферму собирать буду не на 7950/7970, ибо дорого, а 5850, их 4 штуки дешевле взять (причем на много) чем 2 7970, производительность в 2 раза меньше, но их то 4) Да и майнить собираюсь чисто для себя, не ради краткосрочной наживи, а насобирать лайткоинов, пусть лежат, маринуются, хотя бы год - два.
Скажите мне пожалуйста, есть ли смысл еще майнить на видиках лайты, а то собирался в конце месяца тарить и начинать, но вчера все поползло стремительно вверх, вот и думаю, есть ли смысл, или сейчас появятся асики как для битков и с видяхами я ничего не сделаю, так как сложность возрастет в разы. В общем, хотелось бы услышать Ваши прогнозы.
