can i get help logging in to the blockfactory. The password reset does not work,I have tried 50 times now. It says to click the support button but there is none where it says it should be. Can anyone help?

Hey everyone, newbie miner here just looking for some insight.
I've been mining DGB through The Blocks Factory Skein algorithm just to test it out. It seemed to be working fine up until I tried to withdraw the 11 DBG I mined (the minimum withdraw is 10dgb)
I input my Nano S Digibyte address, but it looks as though it sent it to a wrong address?
The withdraw address (which I approved on my Ledger S) is 3HNC6NvecmiAudQCERFnjbWND44iorJ3wq
But when I look at Digiexplorer my transaction for 10.08728845 DGB is there, but the address is different, it's showing: ScyBCgDMoEazLmVDekaGrsHziK1S5NBhgh.

I read that some of these pools are scam operations, but I figured that Skein was legit.
Have I lost these tokens?

Yep it's X11 miner check Twatter for their tweets. You have keep in mind that there is bunch of new miners. SO dont expect that 9K a month.
