I don't think that's the case here. OP offered to use escrow. He's just gone awol. Probably already sold the miners elsewhere.
Correct, I "sold" them on ebay a couple days ago but waiting for payment and it seems the guy has gotten cold feet. If you guys know anything about ebay, buyers are given 4 days to pay before you can cancel. Hence why this ad is still up.
