You can use lives you purchase from the ionomy platform, pay for them in ion or bitcoin and they automatically transfer to the game and then you can use the lives to play on iOS or android.

ion and ionomy does not sell cloud mining products and never did.
If you made some cloud mining purchase and lost, was you the only one? Or was it everyone? bitcoin was very cheap some months ago, maybe under $200, so mining was not profitable if you use your common sense. Mining bitcoin is very risky this is why altcoins like ion come up with other ideas and projects.

ionomy makes games which you can download and play. You cannot mine ions, just search "proof of stake" and you will see why you cannot mine ions.
