yeah i am using it on daily basis now.
1. it is instant. only the bank transfer option takes longer {2-3 days}
2. i use the paypal option most often. there is no additional fee,i guess the service have some business account discount for the additional fees
3. there is no verification required,you can stay anonymous if you want
4. problems occur when paypal knows that you are trading bitcoin. however the service sends the funds through a business account which is not associated with bitcoin,so you won't have problems with that...
