Dont you think that entering the market of exchanges with your own advantages, there is a possibility of killing other exchanges because of their conditions? 
Emm why should they kill other exchanges ? midex is a usual exchange..
But it hasnt worked yet. If all thease facts are right it may be exchange killer but I have doubts. There are a lot of corporations which have opportunities and money to do that but why didnt they do?

Why do you beleive that cryptocurrency exchange is heart of your financial platform? I suppose its mostly for getting profit for the speculators.Moreover what is the main distinction from other exchanges which already work?

I invested in Crypterium ICO a lot of money, from business plan I was going to keep CRPT Token until Q3 2018. We are still in Q1 is true, but mathematically, according to my calculations, CRPT token can not reach the result I was hoping for. I made about 90% loss from the amount invested. What do I do? Do I continue to Hodl or do I realize this huge loss? To get back on track I need at least 2/3 full points and I do not think the token can do it.
Did you invest in CRPT? Do you think you can do it?

Why did you decide to diminish Tokenholders share in the Token distribution structure?

Nevertheless, you can spend all invested money in product and development independently whatever tokenholder share is. This fact just means that your team and advisors will receive more tokens after ICO. So the main question is why do you need these extra tokens?
I am still waiting for the answer.

As I know MIDEX is going to finish token sale on the 15 of April 2018 but at the same time in you RoadMap you are going to raise just 15million by the Q2 2018. How are you going to raise the remaining part of the capital after tokensale?

One more thing there is no attracting money on the ICO stage, so this project will more reliable than Telegram ICO which attracted the unimaginable amount of money from nothing.
