Re: Cryptocurrency will survive

I am absolutely sure, that no one can stop cryptocurrencies anymore. There is a very strong community, and also interests behind.
I totally agree with the strong community part, it is one that keeps growing day by day and I don't think a few drops are enough to destroy years of advance.

Well, if you invested in ethereum in the last drop than that was a great move, so you can stick to that for several months, after that try to get more bitcoin as soon as possible as it is expected to grow too.

Re: Future of cryptocurrency this 2018

Ethereum is recovering from it's most recent drop but I don't think we will see it accomplishing that much for the rest of the years, we should focus on some other cryptos like dash or litecoin for the moment.

Re: Hold or sell ?

It depends on the amount of losses you already have, if you haven't lost that much then keep holding, after all, the market needs to pump again soon or later.

I wouldn't go that far and just stick to daily trading, you can easily multiply your earnings with it, the thing is you need to start slowly as it is easy to go wrong in the first tries.

Try to aim for the background of the team members, especially the leader of it, if he has a great education and also check his work experience.

I would probably check the ann thread of the project on the forum, as generally, the information is well compacted for us to make an acceptable first impression.

Re: Do you think the markets will collapse

Considering, that several coins are coming out everyday still with this situation, getting to that point of market capitalization you mention is rather impossible so, no it will not collapse.

Probably the ones that keep being in the top 20 of market capitalization, after all they have managed to get to that point because of something special about them.

It is the fastest, however, it is not like you invest 1000 usd and expect to get rich in a month or too, there are also ig quatities required to make big money.

Re: Do you trust ICO Rating sites?
by

on 04/09/2018, 21:59:06 UTC
Yes i do trust ICO ratings that will relatively help me identify on what ICO projects that is worth it for investing. As we all know that those ratings are from the ico clients or the investors itself that speak up from their experience on the project.
I get most of the ICO projects I want to work with, with bounty campaigns, from ICO rating websites, they seem like a good starting point.

Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do?
by
Mallequinn
on 04/09/2018, 21:58:08 UTC
So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?
This is why I don't invest more than 1K usd in just one transaction, in order to reduce risks, the good thing is that you admit your mistake and are able to learn from it.

Re: Do you trust ERC20 tokens?

There are simply too many of them, and they tend to overcrowd the market with useless and non innovative ideas, which eventually leads to more drops on the value of the market.

I recommend to stick to famous bounty managers like amazix, as they tend to choose the best projects to work with, the thing is that the campaigns may get overcrowded at some point.

Re: Altcoins BETTER than BITCOIN?
by

Better than bitcoin I don't think there is any, but as good options I could recommend NEO, cardano and EOS, those are dropping in price so they are accesible at the moment, they are definitely not scams also.

Ethereum was already becoming more of the same, I mean, it was first of it's kind at some point but there are already too many projects like it and more competition also.

The bounty campaign can definitely be replaced by something else, but I don't think it is coming to an end near soon, it's probably lacking due to the drop on the market.

Well, if you already invested in them when they were high, you have no other choice than to hold them until their value starts rising again.

Re: Any advice for NEWBIE? like me?
by

on 28/08/2018, 23:09:48 UTC
When I started in trading it was good to start with low amounts for investments as you are new, you don't really know the basics of the market so it is the best for reducing risks.
