Ok first you can not get the money back by a Web wallet because
- First. Xapo shows 32000 Bits everytime in this Format 0.032 BTC never in Bits only to the max Value of 9999 Bits are in Bits above 10000 Bits only are displayed in BTC
- Second. for The Messages from your picture that the Sender is WROffices. Is not Possible becouse The Sender must know you Xapo Mail and must use the Xapo API otherwise only the Bitcoin Adress were Shown
- third A Webwallet cannot become the Balance because the Server owner Dont know your Real Wallet adress. That Changed everytime and can not be payed back

Don't trust your BTC with this site. Someone said in the chat "don't turn out like btcflow" and I replied with "of course it will be the same as btcflow it's literally the same thing." I was immediately banned. Site owner is trying to disguise this ponzi. If it's like BTC-Flow it will close before you can make your money back. Don't invest, don't give this fool your money.

That's okay, I'm not going to waste any more time on there. I tried it free for a bit to get a feel of it, and it's definitely the same garbage as btc-flow. It wasn't a mistake, I was banned immediately after criticizing the site. It's still a scam and I hope only a small number of people donate their money to the site owner.
