It is glowing faster than I though, and that's bad for me, bcs I have not that much money to buy more BTC. But for those who have money and it's a very reason to invest on it. I had heard that until 2020, the price of BTC it will be 500000$. God wish us luck to have that money to buy 1 BTC :p
I don't think that would happen without any warning. You will have to make your btc cash and safe them. And also you can keep some btc, into your trezor wallet, there your btc are safe from any threat, and if one day internet come back and btc is still alive, you can use them.
Trump must be very careful with his political moves from now on. But the WW3 is coming soon, and I don't know if anyone can stop it. North Korea isn't playing, and I don't know if Americans have understand the power North Korea has.
Everyone wanted higher bitcoin price and we achieved this but another problem become transaction fees. When bitcoin's price was low, we had to pay also low fee and now when it rised, we have to pay high fee in bitcoins and plus that high fee is more higher with current price. Is this fair? The higher the price, the more money miners have with bitcoin exchange.
To my mind when price becomes high, we have to pay low fee and when it becomes low, than fee has to be high. To my mind it had to be done like this from the begining.

It seems like a good solution, but I don't know if it could work. There is a very specific reason why you can choose the amount of fee right? I don't know it :p, but everyone decides how much want to give to miners, how much she/he thinks want to spend on them. That's my theory
I don't think that it's digital gold or card, because you can use gold at any time, everyone would accept gold as payment, cash don't have much value anymore, bitcoin has because there are rules about it. Also, you can use btc almost wherever you are in the world, and gold too, but gold isn't anonymous, btc is

The only it has value for me is gold. The house and be burned, the bitcoin can stop exist if the internet turned down. Only gold has serious value, no matter what. And it is in my plans to buy some gold.

you need to take some extra measures when it comes to spending btc bcs
there are scammers everywhere
First of all if they accept some type of escrow this is a good sign.
Even if everything seems normal always know that if it sounds too
good to be true it most probably is a scam (eg 300% ROI in 2 days
)
I dunno, after that it's all up to your intelectual to decide what's right and wrong.

Opening new levels of discussion to improve bitcoin is a great thing but I kind of like the address format and I'm not that a tech-savvy type of girl, I just got used to it

it is great that you feel comfortable with the traditional bitcoin address format. But I bet that you are more tech-savvy than you think! (What are you doing in this forum if you are not?)

I don't feel tech savvy at all, I'm here to learn about bitcoin as I feel it's getting serious. Regarding the address format I find it easy to proof check addresses when I want to send or receive only by checking the first and last 2 digits of the address, I bet you can't do that with your format since the numbers are variable and not fixed from what I understood
But that method is far from certain - *many* addresses could have the first and last two characters the same.
Personally, I think the OP is definitely thinking on the right lines. Whether this particular proposal is appropriate matters less than the fact that people are thinking about these issues. I think any rational observer would agree that the usability and user-friendliness of the Bitcoin eco-system in general is woeful and anything that improves it will be welcome.
I couldn't agree more with you, more people thinking about how to improve bitcoin is excellent news

Bitcoin technology is online decentralized technology which cannot be duplicated as each and every transaction have its own details, but in real world money it is paper printed and it can be made fake as you just have to get that plates to print the paper money. That is why Bitcoin is very secure and safety.
That doesn't mean we cannot utilize some offline-syncable means in the future. After all "physical" Bitcoins already exist and are genuine. I wouldn't be surprized to see 0.01 coins in the future serving as our todays 50$

earn bitcoin through different ways like mining bitcoin or mining altcoins, you can earn bitcoin as an individual by offering services, and many other ways.
you can buy bitcoin and use it as a currency.
if you have a business of your own like a sandwich shop, you can start accepting bitcoin and spread the word.
if you are a customer you can ask them to start accepting bitcoin and show them how easy it is and introduce them to bitpay.
I don't think they have the luxury to buy mining equipment let along afford the costs before reaching ROI, though they have plenty of sunlight and heat which can give them near to zero cost electricity.
i don't really understand how sunlight and heat can make then cheap electricity but if that is true then it makes a good investment for a mining farm. and surely there are people with enough money to start a mining farm there although cooling may be a problem.
besides you can always buy a GPU for gaming and start solo (or pool) mining altcoins yourself.
