Please note this:
1. The exchange has refused to address my questions. They have completely stopped responding to my emails
2. The exchange usually contact account owner when there is any suspicious activities. In this case they didn’t contact me.
3. I receive OTP from the exchange in each sign on. I copied my last successful sign on email report and sent to them. They simply did not comment on it
3. The hackers changed my password and made sure that I don’t receive any emails to my regular address
4. I tried to do a password reset and I never receive any emails from the exchange even though the reset page says I should check my email. I checked my spam mail and nothing .
5. The Exchange  earlier on sent me an email saying I needed to do KYC. However when I pointed to them that their Exchange does not have a KYC policy, then they ignored that with no answer
6. The exchange  said I should do KYC. How does one do KYC when you can’t even log into your own account
7. Finally, the exhange says I needed to contact yahoo to ask them why am not getting their exchange emails. I pointed out to them that such a statement was utterly ridiculous. Why? The exchange is communicating with me wit their same domain name email. Why would I be receiving one set of emails and can’t receive password reset email from the same domain. When I pointed this out, till date they have not responded.

I am 100% sure the crex24 exchange hacked into my user account and drain my assets. I mean how does an external attacker hack into a user account without first having access into my emails for rerouting. My email has not be hacked. Secondly how does an external hacker hack into a user account when such account has an OTP generates by the exhange and sent to my email before I can used the code to successfully login.

This is a terrible scam. I mean up till this moment the exchange has not responded to my emails when I started pointing out the strong facts showing that they are culpable for hacking my account.

Please share this post around to enable the community know the scam perpetrated by Crex24 exhange. Recently, I tried login into my account in the exchange and discovered that I couldn’t access my account.  My further investigation showed that somehow some insider in the exchange had hacked into my account and changed the password. They drained my accounts of all my assets. All my BTC which were realized from trades gone.

I contacted the exchange and after some lame excuses they stopped responding to my emails. I tried doing a password reset and this has become impossible because I don’t get emails again from the exhange.

Now, my account has an OTP which is generated each time I log in new to my account. I discovered that I never received this OTP when the hacker compromised my account.

Exhanges have become the new scammers now, stealing from their users using all manners of fraudulent means. Crex24 is one of such scam exchange. Please avoid this exhange!
