Re: The biggest differences between Bitcoin and altcoins?

Altcoins can be traded with Bitcoin in an attempt to earn more crypto. You are in an exchange market competition against other traders where a small % of skilled traders win long term and most other people lose. This exciting competition helps identify the rare altcoins with long-term value and utility based on unique features which Bitcoin lacks. People who hate all altcoins frequently have a blind rage which is similar to racism against other humans, since they fail to see some things cannot be done with Bitcoin alone.

Do you live at home with your parents, or leech off of a relationship? Either way, it's probably time to grow up and drop the air-head-drops!

How would Satoshi answer this question?   Grin

The IMF and World Bank should not even exist, so direct borrowing is probably the answer.

Re: Correlation of Poverty and Cryptocurrency Usage

"The United Arab Emirates leads the way with an estimated 27.2% of the adult population participating in cryptocurrency transactions, followed by Vietnam (26.2%) and the United States (13.1%). Other notable countries include the Philippines, India, Singapore, Ukraine, Venezuela, South Africa and Thailand. This data shows a strong presence of cryptocurrency use in both developed and developing countries, with emerging economies particularly benefiting from crypto due to factors such as inflation and limited access to traditional banking. (firstratedata)"

I would expect to see Korea on the list of top countries, they go nuts over new crypto opportunities. Also, seeing UAE at the top is a big surprise, thank you for posting it.

Limercoin Universe looks interesting. Is there a 100% free option where you also don't need to refer others, i.e. pay-to-play?

Re: Bitcoin and it's holders in our society

I have not seen a situation whereby government attack traders in nigeria, theirs one popular Nigerian bitcoin trader called blord,  government have tried to severally to arrest B.lord and they could not arrest him
That is a popular case which got lots of attention and the individual in this case was able to afford a very good legal team. Many individuals who have been harrased by the authorities for their involvement in crypto related activities never actually made it to the internet.

Some of those are previously unable to access regular banks, and the harassment causes serious hardship. People who live in places with better conditions are fortunate to be part of the rise of BTC in the modern world.

Hey all, I am new here, you have a great place to learn at BCT. When trading crypto do you expect better, from yourself, but then impulsively jump into things due to FOMO? Has anyone reading this ever found a cure? How do you permanently change and naturally be patient? Thanks all.

There is no need to use SMS for 2FA, AFAIK Twilio Authy is a great choice for an alternative to Google Auth, it can be used as a direct replacement and is much better, since you can back it up (encrypted) to another computer, in case your primary device is ever broken or lost.

I was active on LBRY ~2 years ago and thought they had a really bright future. This answer is bad news, but at least they are no longer stuck waiting.

"....and other projects will be forced to close forever."

Many projects will simply avoid the USA.
