The main difference for Florin is you can invest and not worry, the new investors will take care of everything for you. They own 45000 coins so they can't expect a person with < 100 coins to make them rich or do work for them. After 8 years with Gulden trying the community driven approach, it's safe to say it has not worked, if it is possible to onbaord serious investors in for Gulden this road should be pursued even if it means giving up some freedom of choice as the community is not able to drive the coin forward.
