that up too if you dont theres no need to be ashamed. MT4 is the platform used by most brokers that allow clients to trade from their computers. It also has a programming languagr called MQL4 which allows you to program your own strategy.

The auction site is basically a better no cheating ebay. See in ebay a seller can have a friend bid on a item bringing up the price affecting the honest buyers. The blockchain is as transparent as it can be. An expert would be someone who fully understands the bitcoin protocol its inputs outputs address and hashes. So the gov would basically hire a bitcoin fan miner programmer to do the "analisis"
