The idea is to create a DAO in 2 main phases. The first one would be a community phase, not much technical implementations, just the use of tokens and some vote platform. When and if there's a decent size community working on real things, a phase2 white paper can be made before the launch. That way there will be a realistic whitepaper (proof in reality) and the fair opportunity for people to join in a seed phase.
I'd really appreciate any suggestions.
If people start joining, I could create a Discord server.

I love Andreas Antonopoulos. Having said this, he recently said something in one episode of his podcast that surprised me. He was talking about living on Bitcoin and he said that he HODLs his BTC and basically spends only USD. He gets paid in all different fiat, and he spends this fiat for his daily life. When he can, he buys more BTC and HODL.
While I understand that many of us HODL, isn't this just wrong for the future of BTC. First, Satoshi created BTC as a currency. It is intended to be spent. Second, if everyone HODL and nobody spends BTC, isn't this becoming just a pyramid scheme?

I think there is not right and wrong, and no one way. Any of us have a way to do things, and it depends on our circumstances (country, job, income, family, ...).

Tokenomics is a very complicated and experimental issue. Burning could be kind of an artificial way to correct some trend, a marketing trick, etc.
I don't like the burning, it's not elegant, but I can't say that is bad, it depends on the case.

Many thanks to everyone who has replied to my post. Thanks for your advice. I will HODL the tokens. Who knows what the future holds in store
I think people gave you kind and wise advice, and you made a good choice. Besides that, in a future ETH gas fees can improve and be better for you to transfer it.
