It is more realistic to say it can reach 8k to 10k by the end of the year. Just wait for more development if you want to see a huge comeback just like last year.

Some whales do that to acquire more coins at lower price. But if you are real investors and you trust the project you invest you won't just dump it and incur lot of lost. I can say that those who blame others are the one dumping it. Reason, lack of trust with the project itself. I can see nowadays its only natural for a newly listed to get dumped because of the condition of market. It will take time to get it back to normal.

White paper explains all about the project. This will be the basis for all investors whether they support it or not. It really affects on how ICO will conclude and be accepted by market. All information including their team members, roadmap and others are stated. Just make time to read all of it before investing. Make research of team members if they are real and credible enough to implement their platform. Also make sure that the content is unique( not plagiarized) and attainable with their given time.

I've seen some projects doing airdrop or bounty only without ICO like Polymath, REBL and EQL. They are doing good to develop their own technology and project. These are free investment yet they are serious on it. I think there still hope that there will be more like these coming and their project will be competetive enough to last longer and be successful.
