Go ahead and read the material for DGB and see all the items it offers over Bitcoin. My biggest selling point is how fast the transactions are. Way faster than BTC. And with Digusign, it makes it marketable to businesses.

So the things that make DGB attractive to me are the fact that it's multi-algorithm mining and it's fast for transactions.  I think the key is the speed of transactions, why BTC continues to shine is all market momentum and a desire to have a "standard", but at some point that could change.

DGB is a good coin and it has all the needed pieces to be a top coin.... now it just needs stability and significant market penetration.

DGB is getting hammered in the market, and honestly, I am not sure that I understand why.  It seems like a good coin with a good strategy and a substantially suitable foundation to build on.  What am I missing?

anyone mining DGB ? whats your stat & algo please ? Ty !

Here are the details:

ccminer_Alex_v1_x64-sib-cuda8 -a myr-gr -o stratum+tcp://dgbg.suprnova.cc:7978 -u XXXX.Worker1 -p xyz

114-117 MH/s - running x2 units seems stable at 230 MH/s @ 74% power
Clock Speed:1614 MHz Memory Speed: 5450 MHz
+200 Core +884 Memory
.65 MH/W 0.072 MH/Mhz
GPU Temp - 59-63C

Hope that helps!

@bensam1231

You can even get 31.2 Mh/s at 70% TDP and +650 Mem using 110 watts with GTX 1070. No AMD card can beat that price to performance on ETH.
We're comparing AMD to Nvidia so the 1080 Ti is included. No AMD card can beat the performance of the 1080 Ti on equihash.
So yes, Nvidia does have the best gpus for now. Seriously pointless in even replying, blabber all you want, the numbers don't lie.

Let's be honest here.  I was hitting 29+ MH/s on Ethereum @ around 65 watts with my RX480 (with a modded 580 bios) card which I picked up initially for $230.  On Ethereum, it wiped the floor with anything NVidia while running ETHash, however, it wasn't even close for equihash.  The 1070's which were $349 each were well over 400 SOL/s and definitely the better bang for the buck on any protocol other than ETHash at that time.  The AMD card was even faster than my 1080ti on ETHash $ for $ and watt for watt, switch to any other protocol and the NVidia card ruled the roost.

Today, because the price of the RX cards remains insane, the obvious winner is NVidia and when considering price, power, and space - today the 1080ti wins by a very slight margin, followed closely by the 1070.  However, if these cards were selling at MSRP, AMD would be in the lead.

That's the honest truth. Mind you, this is coming from someone with 1 RX480, 8 GTX 1070's, and 2 GTX 1080ti's.... so you can clearly see what an AMD fanboy I am.

Re: [ANN] HUSH Secure Private Transactions [Equihash][Community Project]

Ive been mining now for about 1 hr @ avarage 1.5k S/s and stats show:
Balance: 0
Payout: 0

Is this normal? Shouldn't i have received something by now?

Currently not using claymore. Does it support nvidia gpu mining?

So, I am new to all this myself, and I am surprised at the relatively slow coin generation (but can see why due to the spike in mining of HUSH).

I am using EWBF's Zcash CUDA miner with the following command line prompts on suprnova.cc's pool.

miner --server zdash.suprnova.cc --user Account_Name.WorkerX --pass XXX --port 4048
I am mining with 8 GTX1070's (roughly 470 sol/s each) and 2 GTX1080ti's (roughly 760 sol/s each).  Total of about 5000-5500 sol/s on the dash board.
I am seeing roughly 0.58% per round and 0.54% PPLNS shares per round, my earnings vary significantly but less than 0.1 per round is not unusual.

I hope that helps.
