Its interesting that it have more local boards than bitcointalk, but nonetheless there are no posts in them for days. I wouldnt search for useful info there.

why dont you change your topic to another copy of bitcointalk forum??? there are so many copies of bitcointalk forum for example cointalks, altcointalks, bitcoingarden etc. You know what you will be wasting your time searching for another source. Bitcointalk Forum is the best and it will remain best in terms of knowledge sharing, ICOs ANN & Bounties.
I follow your advice mate and I also tried to be there and so far seems good to be part of their community. 100% risky and as a newbie in investment for crypto to avoid any unpleasant situition don't invest too much, observe the market or invest first in ethereum or any crypto that has a good rating in the market to avoid the high risk. Although in bounty has a lot of works compare to airdrops it gives a higher profit and airdrops there are many participants but with lower allocation. This makes me to decide not to participate in airdrops and choose bounty rather.
because there are different members in every exchanges so different sellers and the buyers that resulted into different prices. If an exchange has a lower price compare to others many will go there and the price will continue into crashing until the dumpers will gone.
That's what everybody is telling and I'm one of them because the situation now in the market is what the usual thing that happen every year. And you can give a try for an ammount that you think not painful if it will lost.
im joining in telegram different groups of ICO announcement. I visited it monitor it everyday to see if there are groups that announcing the same ICO. With this I am convinced that such ico is good because many are giving supporting.

Some bounty campaigns used to be posted at bitcoingarden.org
I don't know how up-to-date it is, since Bitcointalk is still the main source.
Also some of the altcoins have their own forum or their reddit, but to get all that, you still have to come to Bitcointalk and read the ANN
during this crisis in the market better to hold bitcoin ethereum, litecoin, and zcash, or any altcoins which are already proven their power of being survival in every time that crisis took place in the market.

if you want to have a trusted bounty campaign i think you should always find a trusted bounty manager like sylon. Trusted bounty manager is a good source to find good bounty.
Ripple is a shitcoin as they say, I've heard alot of negative comments about Ripple, they say ripple is a scam coin because it's centralized and majority of the holders are from banks. What do you think? Should I trust Ripple?
Ripple is not a shitcoin. Being centralized is not a weakness but a strength to prove that this altcoin is worth to make investment because back up by a visible supporters.Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice 
You should always remember the reason why you invest on that altcoin before taking any steps. To sell or to hold is a personal work which is needed after personal research.
