mining with 2080 ti un-supported and spits out invalid shares on pool side miner shows no errors? odd but 1080s work perfect.

Has anyone had dealings with escodex exchange?  I have suqa that I purchased using there exchange and cant find a way to transfer to my wallet.  What worries me is I have sent many email messages and have not heard a thing from them.  They wont answer any questions.  Is my money gone?

I'm not sure if your money is gone or not never used that exchange I have used tradeogre with out a problem but sadly problems like this is up to the exchange to resolve.

Anybody tried CryptoDredge with 1060?
hi  2 gtx 1060 6gb with GPU +150 and MEM +500 PT 100%  11.6 MH/s (9.6 with T rex)
Bye

Oh wow!
First version of ccminer was delivering ~1.9 MH/s per card. That's quite an improvement!

I'm assuming around 5.8 per card on a 1060 because my 1080s do about 9.8-10.5 per card

First off let me say yes I have noob status but I have been on bitcoin talk since 2016, I normaly do not comment that much but here is my review of suqa.

  • technicals

Suqa coin seems to have a very fast growing community this fourm has over 50 pages with in a month, sure some are bot posts but the majority are not.

No pre mined coins or ico means that the dev's wont pull out and sell all their coins or quit developing it in fact the frees that are going to the developers are transparent and if they quit developing than the price will most likely crash leaving the developers with coins that are worthless giving them incentive to keep developing.

The closest coin compared to suqa is ravencoin but suqa has about 17.5 times less coins that will be produce making it more scarce than ravencoin.

Suqa is 17 times faster than bitcoin with almost no transaction fee making it easier and faster to spend/recive the coin but also more scalable and cheaper as well.

The time lock feature although not new has something to offer to non miners to earn suqa. The 5 percent annual intrest I believe is in the sweet spot not too high causing extream inflation but not too low that would stop people from using the function. I see the lock feature more of opertunity like a masternode but offers the option to pick how much the user wants to lock away instead of having to own $1,000 of dollars worth of a coin or need the knowledge of setting a masternode up.

  • mining

The most interesting thing about suqa is that it offers a new algorithm x22i making it harder to program a asic or fpga for making the coin more decentralized (I will came back to this later in this post)

The halving on this coin seem to be spaced closer togeather than other coins as we just halved recently from 10,000 to 5,000 but another halving is due around december. Than another halving in March/April.

The hashrate also has been higher than most coins that where made with in 1 month of being created.

The most interesting thing about suqa is the road map that is showing that the algorithm will be updated every couple of months (x2xi) as I'm seeing it the x will change and the x22i will become x23i extra making it impossible to make and asic or fpga work on the network and if somehow they do even in secrecy they will be kicked off after the planned algorithm update. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Suqa is a very interesting coin with more exchanges being added weekly I'm interested to see where the coin ends up in the next couple of months I'm sure I am missing a couple of advantages suqa has to offer as there are many positives to this coin.

a great review of the coin well written and expressed their thoughts

Thank you  Grin

Please download the new version of Agama if you're using Komodo lite mode to claim rewards. It includes a critical SPV reward claim fix. Using an older version will likely have issues and they may experience daemon crashes. https://komodoplatform.com/komodo-wallets/ #crypto #wallet $KMD

Not relevant at all to this thread.

Wrong - in the new update is now the transaction history visible for Pirate

I think he's pointing out that your statement is more appropriate for the KMD thread. Nothing about what you wrote has anything to directly do with pirate. You could have easily stated that the latest update includes pirate and left the KMD rewards entirely out of it.

he was just trying to share. pirate people have the agama wallet. chill out dude and realize that you need to reach out to everyone and let them know what tf is going on . stop being a crypto geek behind a keyboard

Again, more suited for the Komodo thread where there are rewards to claim compared to the Pirate thread where there isn't. *shrug*

Again, both threads are used. *shrug*  stop adding to your carbon footprint with bs keyboard geek bs

Arrrr stop arguing mateys or I'll throw you both overboard

The miner needs work, I have 1080ti set at 80PL and it bounces between 40-140PL..
X16R (Zenemy miner) is so much more stable in terms of power draw

I'm unfamiliar with that miner but your problem might be that this is not a x16r algorithm try using the zjazz miner

Just wondering if it's just me but every
12-24 hours it seems that ccminer crashes and turns off I dont have a pause comand set yet to see why. But I was just curious if I was the only one experiencing this issue? System does not crash just the miner.

Hopfuly we gain some traction. The name of the coin seems to be offputting to alot of people but the coin itself looks to have potential.

Everyone is angry about the blade dropping problem and I am too but has anyone noticed the adverage speed with in the first 5 seconds of the unit booting  Shocked I started just one unit (2 blades) and at first it was getting 300+ mh/s maybe if the software becomes open sourced we can get much more out of these units than expected...

Brave miner!  Renting it out when stability hasn't settled certainly takes confidence.  I saw that as soon as it was rented it crashed immediately.

Appreciate you sharing this as it's the first visual evidence I've seen of extended stability.   With the dropping price and increasing stability this machine is becoming interesting for purchase.

Actually renting has worked out quite nice for testing.  In the latest rental the renter kept switching his pool setup.  This gave me a chance to see what would happen when the miner is "stressed".  Turns out during this 3 hrs the miners with the new firmware did fine.  The miners running 1.0.0(T) all 3 had missing hash board after the renter's abuse.  In the last hour the renter seemed to just have given up and deleted all pool settings.  All the miners reverted to my backup pool, however the miners in 1.0.0(T) needed manual stop - 30 second delay - manual restart to get all the boards hashing again.

I'm going to run it another 12-24 hrs like it is now and then switch the rest of the miners to the new firmware.  Then I think I will try stressing it myself by running on nicehash or some multipool to see if it can handle it.  I will keep updating this thread, but at this point I think the new firmware is working well.

1.0.3 for me has crashed went to bed with 1h15 min on the elapsed time to waking up to 10 minutes, all blades are still there

Did you see a drop in your hash rate on the pool?

Looking at the pools stats yes the hash rate did drop but came back rather quick but is noticeable. Still better than having to power cycle the unit

nice to see 1.0.3 but when i try to start the miner i get Error getting device list: ERR: socket connect(0) failed but status is running?? v 1.0.2 and v 1.0.0 works?

You will see this error on a power cycle restart until the controller starts communicating with the boards.  On a power cycle it takes my controllers a minute or two to link to the hash boards.  Just give it a few minutes and it should go away.  With batch 2 units the lights on the back will flash until the controller connects to them then the lights go solid.

While the miner is running if/when it decides to do a cgminer restart you will see this message for about 30 seconds until it starts hashing again.

X

Yes but it never communicated with the controller the file that was downloaded was corrupted

Here is my update on 1.0.3 30 minutes later still hashing with out any software resets normally my miner resets software on 1.0.2 after 20-25 minutes, I also noticed a 5 MH/s increase per blade, and also a 1-2 degree increase on temp but that could contribute to increased Atmospheric pressure from last week
