I'm not that familiar with telegram, but why would you want to do this in the first place? I know I wouldn't click any link DM'd to me by a random weirdo.

If it's your own group, can't you just make a bot instead of a user account, or are these the same? https://core.telegram.org/bots/faq

Thanks. I just dropped the idea. I thought of utilizing the huge knowledge of the users of this forum, instead of doing google search. Just to avoid Telegram bans, I changed the concept. Will make a bot that will reply only if people message it first.

In how much time does Telegram ban the account for sending private messages to random people of a particular channel? I am going to develop a python script for automatically doing this, but I do not want my account to be banned. I can use time intervals.

If anyone knows this, please educate me, thanks.

If a country bans it, it does not make any difference as other countries are not banning it simultaneously. Also, even if they completely and strictly ban it. Users can use various softwares to access the wallet. There is simply no way unless they take it as serious as child porn.

People want to use crypto to be anonymous. There is absolutely no point in taking documents for wallets. People will surely use the anonymous wallets in this case. How dumb this thing feels.

Guys, you should update the wallets to the latest version. This is a compulsory update, otherwise you will not be able to use your coins. Also the collateral to make MN is 10000 coins now.
Follow the steps:
1. Copy paste the wallet.dat file somewhere safe and then delete the entire Harvest folder.
2. Install the new wallet from the below link for wallets: https://github.com/HarvestMasternodecoin/HarvestCore/releases
3. You might see warning messages, click OK and proceed, once the wallet syncs, you can close wallet and then replace the wallet.dat with the old backed up wallet.dat file
4. Restart wallet to see your previous balance.
5. There will be some lost coins as we rolled back the chain to 15th June to get people back on single blockchain instead of the multiple blockchains they were on.

To resolve the multiple blockchains issue, we are releasing an updated wallet. Everyone would need to update the wallet once it is released. We will make 1 click MN setup, Paper wallet, easy and new look to wallet, Hot-Cold MN setup.
