Hey guys, what would be the cheapest way to swap my BNB to ETH? Currently BNB coins are in my metamask. Is it just to bridge it? Thanks!

I mean I am a complete newbie in programming and coding, not really in the cryptocurrency. Not too experienced, but not a newbie, I probably did not understand your question haha.

Thanks for you answer!

I am a newbie, even worse than that, I have 0 experience. Coding for blockchain sounded absurd because I didn't know how to put it haha, I am this new.

However, I want to learn it to benefit my financial analyst position and also to better understand the programming behind the cryptocurrency world in general, maybe to start with something and get some skills that in the future could help me to learn to build smart contracts or whatever.

I would put it like this, the program that is used widely and having the skills of using it would benefit both the blockchain/smart contracts and analysis sides in one  or another way.

I hope it is clear, maybe haha. Thanks!

Good day everyone!

I am thinking to start learning some programming/coding language just to better understand what is going on behind blockchain/smart contracts and crypto in general. What is more, coding skills are also useful for financial analysis and this is what I started to do recently.

Some of the choices I have came across: Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, (any other ones?);

Taking into account coding/programming for both blockchain and financial analysis, which you guys could recommend me to start learning and why? Which one is the best for a beginner with very low technical skills and no coding skills? Could I start with one of them and later start using other one or the transition between these could be difficult?

Really appreciate the help! Cheers! Cool

Bnb scan transactions

Hello everyone, I am analysing some BNB transactions that have actions with swapping some low cap altcoins. However, I am confused as of now and cannot really understand what has happened in some situations just by looking at one transaction hash ID.

Could you please help me understand what happened in this case? What are all these different BUSD addresses, as I understand, the final outcome is swapping BNB to CRYPT token and that's it? Please open the link to see the image. Thank you very much.

-snip-
I check your wallet.

There is no swap action on your wallet, the action is only to approved the swap contract for "WETH & PHTR" to be traded on SushiSwap but there is no trade happen on the address only approval trade swap contract address. Your ETH is send to this address : 0xEFD313b3BBb0221316E92283fe692ACC3DF82557 with transaction 0.008 ETH. If you doing trade then there will be has some information how much "ETH" you are swap and how much "PHTR" you will be receive.

But both "TX" only show token approval trade on sushiswap.

Thank you very much, this is what I needed haha! Have a good day

Thank you for the answer. I am trying to analyze this random transaction, which is not mine. Sorry for asking again, but I found it a bit confusing, so does it mean that in this particular case it was actually first swapped to WETH and then PHTR and finally PHTR was sent to another wallet? Or it was just approved for any time in the future, but wasn't yet swapped and the last transaction of 0.005865146 ether was actually sent in Ether coin, not in PHTR coin?

Etherscan transaction

Hello guys, hope you can help me with this one, since I am still learning about researching transactions.

As I understand, for ERC20 tokens the approval is necessary for the smart contracts to kind of "access" and use your coins for swapping them. However, does this mean (in the photo) that ether was already swapped into WETH and then into PHTR and the last transaction OUT of the wallet was already sent to another wallet as PHTR, but not as ETH? Or approvals do not mean that the ether was swapped?

Thank you very much, I hope you can help to answer this Smiley
