Almost all exchanges have this procedure, but it is not required. Even on top exchanges, such as Binance, Huobi, Okex, etc.

One of the few exchanges I use.
Registration is very simple, no need to go through KYC
Also, not a large commission on deposit and withdrawal of funds

Cigarettes definitely do more harm ... I think by the end of this decade, marijuana will be legalized in so many countries.

I wonder if this helps at all? I also had a Full Member account, and it was banned ... I talked with some people and I was advised to just forget, since it is almost impossible to unban an account

Yes, this is one of the safest and best exchanges. I also believe that this exchange is very underestimated and the OKB token is extremely promising and interesting for investment.
