I did not put money in this particular ICO, but I am on their Telegram group. Things went silent after the tokens public sale. Now, they appear to have removed the team page from their website. I'm pretty sure that police page says the guy is wanted by the police for fraud (based on Google Translate, I don't speak Polish).

Take into account that that police page is from 6 years ago, so he could have changed a bit.

I may have not explained properly. There would still have the usual trades with sellers and buyers (which would pay fees). I want to know if in adition to that, would be possible to offer feeles transfers between accounts, since all wallets belong to the exchange, in the end.

Is it a possible thing to an Exchange to offer the functionality of transfering funds between accounts without charging for it? There wouldn't be a seller or a buyer, just a sender and a receiver.
