Re: Deedcoin and AI Gaming partner to integrate real estate technology
by
MattLawson48
on 23/04/2018, 18:21:59 UTC

It’s all about the Bots. Deedcoin and AI Gaming are teaming up to bring Bots that possess state of the art technology into the real estate world. To help incorporate what Deedcoin and AI Gaming are implementing, let’s first get an understanding of how Bots work.

Also known as web robots, Bots are software applications that run automated tasks (scripts) over the internet. The key to Bot technology is they perform tasks that are both simple and structurally repetitive, at a much higher rate than would be possible for a human alone.

The exceptional value added by the access to live transaction processors through the customer cloud portal is revolutionary in real estate. No platform currently has an online portal in which you can track your real estate deal every step of the way with live support. This provides a perfect opportunity for AI (artificial intelligence) integration.

Deedcoin (www.deedcoinlaunch.com) will sponsor a game through AI Gaming (www.aigaming.com) that will allow Bots to be rewarded for assisting in the real estate process. The protocol with the game will be accessing information from standard real estate forms to answer customer questions. The Bots participating in this game will help decentralize the real estate industry and can work independently to contribute solutions that strengthen the broker network.

Deedcoin does not intend to use AI to eliminate live help but instead to augment the human support network. By having AI work alongside with human support answering questions such as “What is Hud?’ and “When is my closing date?” it can begin to access documents and learn these elements of the network. Teaching an AI system to handle data and operation-related questions allows the human element to move to more extensive questions while teaching the AI continuously along the learning curve.

Real estate agents and their clients are always looking for the smoothest path to the closing table. Until the transaction closes no one is satisfied. Incorporating AI technology to streamline the process drastically reduces stress and doubt that can often occur during any real estate purchase. Strength in customer confidence confirms the validity of the Deedcoin Broker Network and helps it flourish.

Deedcoin’s partnership with AI Gaming will help implement AI technology for the purpose of scaling. Harnessing AI to optimize human labor costs will allow larger customer assistance processing along with providing valuable insights into the efficiency of the network. AI networking will allow Deedcoin to predict markets when customers are content with the platform and increase marketing accordingly. In inverse, AI can also provide insight into markets that have concerns and address struggling brokerages or understaffed local offices before they impact the quality of the solution.

Deedcoin and AI Gaming have a common goal of making customer satisfaction vital in the performance of their platforms. Utilizing AI technology to maximize the fulfillment of the Deedcoin Network will ensure its long-term strength and success.

Deedcoin definitely sees the value in strong partnerships. AI Gaming and Deedcoin are a good fit.

Re: 80% of ICOs are Scams
by
MattLawson48

Saw this study on twitter... https://twitter.com/Zeex_me/status/978981735101878272

I've seen a lot of people asking about how many legit ICOs there are, so I thought I'd share

Quote from the article: "The study begins by breaking down ICOs into 6 groups: Scam, Failed, Gone Dead, Dwindling, Promising, Successful. “On the basis of the above classification,” they wrote, “we found that approximately 81% of ICO’s were Scams, ~6% Failed, ~5% had Gone Dead, and ~8% went on to trade on a exchange.”

"Scams were defined by researchers as “Any project that expressed availability of [an] ICO investment (through a website publishing, ANN thread, or social media posting with a contribution address), did not have/had no intention of fulfilling project development duties with the funds, and/or was deemed by the community (message boards, website or other online information) to be a scam.”

DYOR people ...
Interesting numbers. I was looking at one listing site that had around 2,000 ICOs on it. If these numbers are accurate then approx 160 of these ICOs will make it to the exchange. With huge upside potential, I like the odds of finding a few of those 160.

Re: Strategy to invest in crypto ?
by
MattLawson48
on 12/04/2018, 18:58:30 UTC
This is the Strategy I was following in crypto. This is the example.

buy coin 300A @1.00 = 300

Sell 150 @2.00 (Now you covered your initial investment(Excluding fee))
Sell 50 @3.00 = 150
Sell 50 @4.00 = 200
Keep remaining 50 for long term( If market is crashing you have to sell this proton immediately).

But this method can't apply if the market crash before it reaching to 2x. I would like to know the approaches/Strategies you are following and drawbacks of this method.
A fair amount of coins drop when they hit the exchanges from the original price. I like the logic behind your approach. Especially recouping your initial investment and then playing with the "house money". You would have to do this with several coins to make it worth while. I think the more coins you purchase the odds start stacking against you on how many will fail.

Re: Any feedback on Deedcoin ICO?
by
MattLawson48
on 12/04/2018, 18:52:38 UTC
I'm looking at an ICO called Deedcoin. I have done quite a bit of research and it looks solid, but I would love some more feedback. Thanks!
Probably the project itself is not bad, but its level of popularity is very low, I doubt that something will come out of it
I think hype can come and go. Once the hype has cooled off is the product viable for the long run? I agree the interest has to be out there for the ICO to be successfull, but if it's not a workable product it won't last anyway. Deedcoin seems to be a viable project.
Their ICO launch is about 30 days out. I guess time will tell. Having a working product that is already being utililzed definitely puts them ahead of the game. We shall see.
I see they were just ranked #35 out of 1800+ ICOs on Icopointer.com. Impressive rating. Very detailed rating system!

https://icopointer.com/deedcoin
That definitely is impressive. I've been following them for a while.
We will know a lot more when the sale starts on April 30th. Popularity is really about how many people are actually going to buy into the project.

Re: What ICO do you reccomend?

We would like to know what are the ICOs you are looking at in the coming months.

We have a large list at https://[Suspicious link removed]/2GSgl7s

Please feel free to look and let us know if we are missing any that we shouldn't.  Which ones would you like to see profiled?  What information?

We would appreciate your input.
Deedcoin seems to be getting a lot of momentum recently. Their sales phases launches at the end of this month but they have already done real world transactions. Check them out at www.deedcoinlaunch.com.

I have a good feeling about this project. Knowing their product actually works and can positively impact homeowners has a huge footprint potentially around the globe. It will be interesting to see how this project does in the next six months.

To avoid high costs social media like social networking sites is the second alternative after bitcointalk forum, Social media sites are among the most visited on the internet at all times. In addition to cheap and free social media is very effective in its use and very easy spreading, for example: Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and Tweeter
I agree. Also, There are tons of ICO listing sites out there that still do free listings. Take advatange of them.

Collapse definition: Market Cap less than 150 Billion

Yes or No

I say YES

I didn’t want to say yes but there is not much light in the tunnel.

Definitely. The recent decline is all part of the process. People will still stand to make solid returns it they wait it out and position themsleves property.

Re: 56% of ICOs fail and it's OK
by
MattLawson48
on 04/04/2018, 16:52:12 UTC
According to recent recearch, 56% of 2017 ICOs fail. And you know what? That's OK. 90% of startups fail but the rest grow so high that they compensate venture investors 90% loss and provide very high profits.

So the basic rules with ICOs are very simple:
1. Do the research before you invest
2. Diversify, diversify, diversify
3. Ignore news and HODL
I think 56% is the lowest projection I've every seen. I would take nearly 50/50 odds all day long.

Re: How Low Can It Go?
by
MattLawson48
on 04/04/2018, 16:46:14 UTC
Bitcoin is now under $7,000. How low do you think it is going to go? I say the bleeding stops around $6,000 and it will upswing from there. This sure has created a lot of panic with the amateur investors. Just hang on for the ride.
Bitcoin can descend to a depth that you did not even imagine. And I'm talking about $2000 and lower. But there are no rise without fall and we should be patient.
I don't think the decline is necessarily over, but I don't think it will drop to $2K.

I'm new and ask you for advice. I chose my first bounties.Cardstack, Shivom, Unibright, XYO Network,  BitGuild. What can you say about these projects? Did I choose the right one?
Cardstack is the only one I'm familiar with but that doesn't mean the others aren't worth it. I also would check out Deedcoin and Aqwire,

Re: What Do You Think of These Alts
by
MattLawson48
on 03/04/2018, 20:29:52 UTC
Yeah, they seem to hold their value but not really part of any headlines.  If one of them can catch, maybe 2 or all three can.
Atleast I got them after the post ICO dip..knock on wood but worst case it looks like I can exit with a few bucks if I ever wanted to abandon the positon.

I'm sure some people that have dug deep into the alt world would know more and I'm certainly new to alts.  Thanks for post!
I'm sure you realize when you put out a post like this you will get these type of responses. There are plenty of good projects that haven't hit the mainstream yet. That's why there is money to be made. Finding the diamond in the rough is what it is all about.

Re: Co-founders of Centra Tech arrested
by
MattLawson48
on 03/04/2018, 19:10:10 UTC
Centra Tech, a widely advertised ICO had it's co-founder arrested after they were trying to escape the country with collected funds.

They were successful in raising 32 millions by claiming to offer a variety of financial products, including a debit card backed by Visa and MasterCard, with which users could instantly convert cryptocurrencies into US dollars and other legal tender.

Floyd Mayweather had previously endorsed the ICO, probably a paid job.
I hate bad news in the crypto community. It is bound to happen with so many ICOs out there. This one is pretty awful though. Don't give up on the entire community as a whole because of some bad apples.

Hello, i am searching for best ICO rating site, can someone share it please?
Trackico and Icopointer. I like ICOpointer because they actually rank the ICOs numberically instead of just getting them a rating of 4.0 out of 5, etc. It shows the specific dynamics they are looking at as well.

Oyster Pearl dev team just dumped 700k PRL and then informed everyone about a delay in the airdrop.  They are also attempting to deny they did it however the blockchain doesn't lie.  Beware guys.
Thanks. That was a company I was actually looking at. Good luck.
