How is it that certain people are privy to detrimental information about the company, yet the majority of investors aren't?
Just the fact we arent able to trade at the moment SOMEWHAT makes it not as bad.

Can anyone of you "intelligents" tell me, worst case scenario regarding the boards,

How long will they take from design - manufacture? Are we talking 6months here or?

Everybody chill the fuck out and shut the fuck up.. He said he wanted December and January to sort this shit.
All you KOOKS begged him to give you some update/any update weekly. And jizzed when that started but following one week when he does what you all begged him to and says everything is on track you all go berserk.

I am more concerned about the share situation, it was implied that we would be trading by now.

Ken might have his reasons for the lack of trading and we really deserve to know what these reasons are.

I was under the impression that he has stated that he is more concerned about getting the core business(Which is Bitcoin mining machines/sales) going then getting shares on a temporary exchange.
People are so delusional, If he wanted to rip everyone off he would be focusing on the shares and not on the core business. We would be listed on some shitty exchange and he would be selling shares.

I have multiple shares in different companies, My shares in Ciphermine are in the exact same boat except I have not heard a peep from Kate on that front whatsoever in weeks. Its tough times for all Bitcoin securities at the moment but Ken's requested deadline is only 2-3 weeks then bring out the pitchforks and flaming torches by all means. I will join you Undecided

Ken,

I want to say first, thank you for the work you are doing for the company and your resolve in operating in such a competitive environment and with so much at stake.

For the past several hours, many of the top shareholders have met in IRC and discussed the "communication issue" as we see it. We have received sporadic communication from you for various reasons having to do with operating under an NDA as well as SEC guidelines. We also understand the desire to keep certain proprietary information hidden from competitors.

Due to communication being so tight, we are in a position where we do not currently KNOW why chips are delayed. It was implied that this was a choice made by you so that Intellihash could be implemented. We believe that competing effectively is necessary for AMC's success, however we have no information as to how Intellihash affects our timeline.

While we are not yet listed on an exchange, we are making a public request that you assent to not sell any of your personal ACTM shares until it can be verified that customers have received their shipped orders and until shareholders have a more clear understanding of the timeline moving forward.

This is simply a request to demonstrate good-faith and help re-establish trust among shareholders.

Please respond to this before we go live on Crypto-Trade.

Thank you for everything and keep up the great work!

Hey VE,
when are you planning to go meet Ken? Or was that bullshit?
Someone else was planning to do a trip on here - other than that has anyone actually tried calling Ken to get some answers?

I can somewhat understand where DTS is coming from.. From his point of view, at any one point of the day he is possibly around the corner from retirement.
It has to be a somewhat emotional feeling Smiley

I only read the last pages, as far as I can see, there's no information about moving to another exchange?

Correct, no point to continue playing exchange hopscotch. Ken has already spent enough time as it is doing share transfers etc. So I think we are waiting for a permanent fix rather than a band aid.

A million dollar order  Shocked  not bad for a day's work!

Twist: The $1M order was Ken's order for the ActM mining operation.

That's exactly I thought.

The exact figure he posted is what the price on the website is for 6x Platinum machines. We would pay cost price wouldn't we?

I noticed someone post a blockchain address for deposits earlier, and discuss the what appears to be much larger deposits now.

https://blockchain.info/address/1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa

Is this due to the 3TH+ of "additional hasing power" *Cough*prototypes*cough*?

Hey finlofs I guess you haven't been round here long. Everything in your rambling post has been gone over time and time again. You are repeating yourself like a mad man. Read page one, then take a chill pill. Alternatively sell your shares the stress is killing you. lol

...
i know yall like to point out icebreaker's bad trade he made by turning 120k icedrill shares into a sierra, but at least he turned his "worthless" shares into something.
...

You do realize that is Sierra is officially worthless? His best bet was to get it inside of October, which did not happen.

http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/a/854deda93a

His grand investment turned out to be just as good as ours.  Except we have ventures like ActiveExchange and future models to potentially profit off of. Wink

Can I ask a legitimate question?

How is difficulty rising so fast/hard when the people producing the machines are starting to find it hard to get a decent price per g/h ratio? Who is adding the difficulty? Is there a private company who has some next level generation ASIC? Or is it just a whole bunch of people new to Bitcoin buying miners and not actually realising that they aren't really profitable?

I just ask as I'm curious if we will reach a point where people will realise that the difficulty/profitability ratio is not worth it and ditch their mining equipment, thus resulting in a difficulty decrease?

Today's Dividends

Today's Dividend will be delayed until next Wednesday

This is due to the ongoing transfer of shares from BTC-TC to Bitfunder.  So, before dividends are paid out on Wednesday of next week all transfers of shares to bitfunder will have to be completed.  The dividend on Wednesday will be larger than normal and also we will start paying the dividend on Wednesday of each week.

Also, note that trading in ActiveMining on BTC-TC will be frozen after September 30th on BTC-TC.

Thank you Ken.

Any ETA for some update on hardware / sales, hashrate increase?

We will be updating our Sales figures after the end of the month.

Yeah sales figures would be great - when can we expect them ? Smiley

Well every time I try I get "Trading is currently frozen on this security." in big red letters.

You have to set a withdrawal address. Click on the "set a withdrawal address" when it gives you an error. And then link an alternative bitcoin address of yours(ie, blockchain.info account address etc)

Your arrogant tone doesn't make you right. But hey everything is fine. Ken is doing a fine job and all of this business has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. You're completely right.

Did you even read what he wrote. He acknowledged that LEGITIMATE QUESTIONS need to be answered.

Did you?

"I think we are at the stage now where all the important questions have been asked and answered.  If you are still shakey I suggest instead of just whining on here..." aka "everything is fine". It's not. And Ken SHOULD be here at least for more than 1 minute replying to the questions/concerns and at the very least address the market situation. Just a "This is unfortunate but..." statement would be fine. Maybe he's too busy packing his bags to Mexico with the $1M+ he made, who knows.  Cool

What legitimate questions have been asked recently and have been unanswered? If I have missed it its because of all the bullshit that has been posted about tendering shares or speculation about market manipulation? Please if you are so keen on pushing this subject compile a post of LEGITIMATE questions. PM Ken with them and screen shot his answers and repost it.

Or I will do it and then be accused by you for photoshopping it.
