I agree with your point, people often lose the rewards of their work because they do not monitor the telegram channels of their projects. I also learned a lot from there to always monitor the project channel until the end.

generally is buy when prices are cheap and sell when prices are high. and of course every trader has a different strategy. for me personally in trading certainly buy some stable coins or coins that have high volumes, and is done in large exchanges such as Binanc or Kucoin.

if the coins you hold have no price development at all then my advice is to sell immediately and then replace with the top altcoin which is safer for investment or at least always has an upward price movement. like Ethereum, eos, binance and xlm.
