I just want to respond to your statement about the special winners, Actually if you look at the beginning of this contest in the hold, more winners change occurs,
but the longer the contest goes on many participants do not make their work better or do not match the theme of the contest, so that those who participate in this contest are only the same people.

I even shared the Roobet Art Contest information to all the local sub forums on bitcointalk to get more new participants and yes it worked and many new participants started joining and even new winners.

Those who are said to be special winners (including me who may always win) always keep the originality of a work, unique and in accordance with the theme and of course better than the previous work,
if you or anyone else is able to compete with them or better than the work made by the previous winner, then you deserve to be the champion.

To create one unique and quality work I even took longer to think about the Concept, it really wasn't easy and it took longer to apply it to the medium I used.
So the process is really long and very complicated.

And again these are all the decisions of the judge and the roobet team
