It's instant delivery if you buy with bitcoins. Once they have confirmation, the code will be send instantly. Whatever 4% of the cards total value would be. If its $100 then I charge 4% so it would be $104. They are no tax on gift cards. But they are prepaid debit cards such as Greendot, Vanilla, and Amex. They would be a additional cost to activate the card at the store, usually from what I've seen on most visa and mastercards is 2.95

Why is Quickseller leaving me a negative feedback for refusing to use Escrow?

I do offer escrow, although as of now I only do so via word of mouth and there are plenty of escrow providers that are willing to act as escrow for free.

Acceptance of offer in this case depends on whether the other party accepts or decline my offer. (In which this case he declined and I'm perfectly fine with it and moved on). Then you just moved in and screwed my account.

jonson234 is a fucking liar and a scammer. He does not know anything on the subject of verifying USA PayPal accounts. All his info is fucking shit.

Don't be an idiot. I've used his service to verify my Paypal before and till today I have no problems with my Paypal account. I purchased his VBA service for $10. jonson234 is not even from USA. All his VBA & VCC do not work. All his cards and bank accounts that he sells do not verify USA paypal accounts.
