Можете по каждому отписаться, от каких сумм можно менять, какие лимиты, ассортимент типов обмена (Яндекс - BTC, Сбер - XRP и т.д.), время перевода, в некоторых обменниках при первом обмене перевод замораживается на 48 часов, есть ли данное ограничение у обменников из списка?

Постараюсь по каждому расписать всю информацию (надо немного времени на это).
По поводу проверки - да, я все проверял. Переводил только минимальную сумму. Обменники все работают перевод происходил в течение 4часов. Но к сожалению комиссия большая практически у всех.
Поэтому я просил лайфхаки выложить
