Taxes for Antminer S9

Hello , I need some info!. I bought 10x S9 miner last spring, paid import duty fees, but now I got letter from state tax office that I have to pay use taxes at 6%. I live in US, PA. Any one had something like that? do I really have to pay ? How to handle this issue? Any advice plz. Thanks

I live in USA and mined on Antpool , still have my coins there. Went  on Gate and Okex to register and have coin swap but their websites saying they wont service residence of USA or Canada!!! Any 1 had such issue?

  UUPool have some problems I believe, stall for an hour now, or maybe they adjusting difficulty? Manually! Huh

Wow ! was mining at antpool for 1 1/2 days and switch to UUPool, becouse it didnt show any earnings, but now I checked it and there is balance!!! Smiley
