Hello, is there anyone who could manage to withraw btc or change withrawal address on the site recently?

Today funds were credited to the wallet requested on 03/27/25. Only 9 days have passed since the request, slow withdrawal. and 3 times contacting the support service.

I also have WOF spin issue and as a newbie, i cannot PM to CSFBC.

Please note the issues with the WoF spins (mentioned in my previous post) are still ongoing.
We are aware of the issues and although we do not yet have a time frame for a resolution, our team is still working hard to resolve this as soon as possible.
There has been an increased volume of customer contact which may impact response times, saying this we have worked hard to ensure every email regarding this matter has been responded to.
Please note any updates will be posted on the forum.
I understand this is frustrating for many and hope to have a resolution very soon.

No issues on my side, did you check your spam already?
I am approaching the 100k RP, currently at 88,000 points and I will probably not be able to approach the 100k by the end of this year, but I will be close to it. Before the premium membership was launched (and the WOF), I would never be able to reach 100k RP as I don't have any referrals, only bet low amounts on the sportsbook and never play the Hi-Lo game.
In my case neither, although the last cashout was made like 10 days ago. If no one else comments on the problem, the most logical thing to do is to think that it is some particular problem he has. I also receive every day the promotional emails with the link to play WoF for free.
Well, thanks for the answers, i use gmail and i haven't received any mails since like 2-3 years. the last mail i received is in 2019, i withdrawed btc twice in that year. There isn't any mail even in spam. Tried to change the mail address but this time it need 2FA and this confirmation mail also didn't come
