It's a shame that some of people commenting here don't see punt.com's fault in this situation,
1. They allowed me to register from a Lithuanian IP address (the day after I won, Lithuanian IP addresses were blocked, this was not the case before I won!)
2. They allowed me to make deposits/withdrawals
3. They communicated with me via live chat, checked my account because I had problems already with the first withdrawls (and they really saw my geolocation)
From punt.com administration 0 communication. They don't answer questions to me and to others, they don't reply to letters, they just ignore..
