We all wish we had bought in back then. Stupidly I listened to the goons at Something Awful, who have pooh-pooh'd the idea from the very beginning, even as the price has gone into the stratosphere.

The recent price just has me kicking myself for not buying in. Add in the fact you can now trade bitcoins on your iPhone and it's just hurts.

Also, who think it's weird that bitcoins top out at $600-650 or thereabouts. I think a lot of people got burned buying at $600-1000 during that big boom, and are cashing out as soon as they break even.

Thoughts?

Don't understand the butthurt about this. People that have a beef with the Jews, their nepotism, their influence on monetary policy and their unwavering support for Israel and how it affects American legislators and foreign policies will love it, and other people will refuse to use it because it's offensive.

The exchanges probably won't take it because of the bad press, that'll just make it harder for it to catch on.

The creators must know this, so essentially they're gambling there's enough of a fanbase of people who are sick of the Jews to back it, in the face of all the criticism and loss of business.

So... why not let the free market decide?

So do I have to wait a couple hours each time? Cuz right now it said there like 8,000 blocks left, and after an hour, there's still 7,000 blocks left. Do i have to wait this long each time? Cuz i can't see this bitcoin stuff catching on if that's the case.

And which app is the "original Bitcoin wallet app?"

Also there's some kind of error message in red that says my wallet is out of sync. Uh... okay? How do I get my wallet "in sync?" Take it to a Justin Timberlake concert?  There'sno "fix this" button. How do I fix this?

There's some kind of progress bar at the bottom that seems to be doing something, and now my computer is chugging like an asthmatic pensioner running uphill. What is this?

Also, I downloaded the wallet, but where do I get my address, to use the faucets and things? It's the long string under Receive Coins tab, right? How do I copy-paste it? Don't tell me I have to copy it by hand...

My question is, how do I trade my products, new in box, for bitcoins?

What phone would I need to make the transfer? I'm due for a phone upgrade anyway.
