TOR and EM are coming. Had an issue with digital ocean not accepting tor connections through their VPS.

I have tried for 2 days to get the desktop wallet to sync & have tried:
- Adding all nodes to .conf
- Deleting all %appdata files apart from wallet.dat & restarting wallet
- On a different machine
- Disabling firewall
- Waiting 48 hours
I have a lot of coins & spent a fair amount on mining them, I would appreciate a little help in getting my wallet to sync please.

Use the repairwallet command. Then upgrade to 1.2.0.0
Everything should be all set. Just update to 1.2.0.0. And add the check pointing node.

you should have added a checkpointing server before launch so it does not fork.
Yes c-cex coins will be recovered. They are behind the main chain. This makes it very simple.
Once c-cex admin is available this can all be resolved.
